I completed an online pre-purchase of a 2022 Kia telluride, financing, options, trade-in info, etc…Jan 3rd, 2022; I was notified by a male salesman (can’t remember his name) a little bit after that saying the vehicle would be on the lot around Jan 7 and call me when it’s delivered. The online progress of my pre-purchase showed complete (still have the emails). I called a week later to check status and got his subordinate (female); at first she said the vehicle was already gone and it was for someone else and she would have the original salesman call me back, because she wasn’t quite sure

Had a puncture in my tire which they told me was patched. The next morning my tire was flat. Took it to Firestone and they pulled out the patch, which was a poorly installed, ILLEGAL rope plug. DO NOT go to this service dealership. They are a liability and could cost you your life trying to cut corners!

I attempted to place an order at this dealership for a kia telluride. The telluride was at msrp and they said they didn't need a down payment because if "I didn't buy it, someone else would." Understandable. My issue is I sent several text messages confirming the car was ordered and I never got a response back. To this day, I'm still not sure if a car was ever ordered for me! Apparently, their tellurides are no longer msrp either.
Maybe this was an outlier experience but not sure I'd give it another try at this dealership. Luckily, I found another msrp dealership who has kept me informed throughout

Superior Kia is an awesome dealership with straight forward information and no haggling no bait and switch and extraordinary customer service I was greeted out in the parking lot in the rain as I was looking for my daughter a car a gentleman came running outside with two umbrellas one for him and one for me I never imagined that type of hospitality I asked him do he do this to everybody, his response was you never judge a book by it's cover! So as a consumer I was impressed with his attitude and the fact that his dealership offered the best price in the tri state I will be back to purchase more

I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review for a business. However, the experience I had was bad enough to take time and call it out. I talked to a salesperson on the phone 4 separate times to confirm pricing and make sure there was no market adjustment on the “out the door” price of the car. And that taxes and tags would be the only additional cost. It was explicitly confirmed each time that MSRP is what the car would sell for. We drove almost 2 hours to be told there was a $6k market adjustment. They apologized (kind of) and did offer to fill up our gas tank.. but we switched up our

I went in to purchase a vehicle and placed a refundable deposit. The experience was miserable from start to finish. We weren’t able to make/agree upon a deal. I wasn't willing to pay a 5k markup over MSRP. No harm, no foul I thought. I called multiple times to try to get my deposit back. After 3 weeks of it still not processing I filed a dispute through my credit card company and was refunded. I have since worked with Sweeney and was able to get the same vehicle at MSRP. They also were much easier and more friendly to deal with. I’ll never go to a Superior owned dealership again.

Bought a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse in late July said it was great car with no issues and a great car fax report. Drove it to Florida and had the check engine light come on immediately. A week later same thing. Ever since then we have been having problems with this vehicle and have taken it to get fixed 4 times! I would not trust this place to trade in or purchase a vehicle.

Bought a used 2015 Kia Soul in April 2021. I was told it was a one owner vehicle who has all serviced done at that location and it was in great shape and they did a full inspection upon selling. Few months in it started making a knocking sound and the oil was low 2k miles before due for an oil change. Check engine light came on and we took it in. What was wrong with it ended up being covered but they told us there was 700 dollars worth of other work that needed done. All basic maintenance. Why didn’t the dealership at superior do any of this? Then here we are 2k miles again before an oil change
