Travis was very knowledgeable and quick with his virtual assessment with Andrew. He was able to provide some different viewpoints that made the remodel ideas we had even better. Although he was fast with his assessment it was clear he knew what he was doing and was experienced in his job. Great experience overall.

She took her time and explained EVERYTHING to me. She was patient. She has a great sense of humor, which really sold me. She was honest, I asked for her opinion on decorating and she was HONEST!!
I was also in review with a competitive company Which was also a lot lower in price. I choose your company because of customer service. She didn’t pressure me, she was patient.
I have family and friends who wants to meet her. They have requested for Melissa Johnston to Visit them and give her their business.

They said what they were going to do and they DELIVERED!!!! Very rare these days when companies say one thing take your money then maybe get the work completed. This company from Melissa telling use step by step what to expect, the office following her lead, to Saul and Juan the installers, to the Project Manager. The showed up, cleaned up, and provide quality product. Professional and very respectfully of our home and time. No guessing game here. Loved that

Looking for a shower/bath remodel. Highly rated on Angi. Adam spent quality time with us (5 hours) and showed us all the moisture we had in our walls. We had no clue it was that bad! Worked with us on different options until we got an amount that was in our budget. Can't wait for the work to begin early next year!

Genie Bath systems is the best. The restrooms were completely remodeled from the the tile floors, the vanities, toilets, and the best part of it all, the walk in shower systems!!! The work is of great QUALITY!!!! Justin, Paul and Aaron made the remodeling experience very easy going. They are great at what they do. Set up an appointment with the office to get a bid and design recommendation. They said that they wanted to have the meeting in the evening. So, we canceled date night and changed our plans to accommodate them. Well, they were a NO SHOW and not even a call or text from the company or sales representative. I have to ask, if they are going to do this at the first meeting, what is the rest of the build going to be like. Not using this company!

I can't believe how amazing our restroom looks now! The new looks completely elevates our restroom and transformed it from drab builder quality to a sleek totally customized look. We have been so afraid to take on remodeling jobs in the house after some upgrades we did took way too long and came in over budget, that was absolutely not the case with Genie Bath Systems. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, clear and had great communication. Money so well spent!

After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a "3 days tops" job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didn't burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor "Aaron" who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When

UPDATE: Genie Bath Systems has been working with us very well during this sequence of events. We are very pleased with how the bathroom looks and is working.
Within the first few months we had a bathroom remodel, it leaked through the ceiling downstairs so bad that my wife had to go to the ER because she slipped and landed on her back They had to redo the ceiling. Then, the did the second bathroom (which ALSO leaked through the ceiling). Here it has been nearly a year and beneath the first bathroom remodel (tub); it has started leaking again. My wife and I have lost countless hours from work

Very unprofessional people working here. Got some tiny billing lady screaming acting very irrational over a fight she felt right about pursuing. And at the end of the day she was still wrong. But still feel obligated to slam doors and stuff. I believe her names anet. I wouldn't come to the place if you were looking for bathroom or windows.

Setup appt with manager of company, but representative never showed or called to give presentation. Waited for rep and wasted my time and evening. Would not recommend company. Will be getting my remodel done by professional company since this unprofessional company doesn't care about its potential customers time and will be letting all know about this disrespectful company.

Our experience with Genie Bath Systems was very rewarding. Tyrel, our salesman, was very informative and helpful in our decision-making. Braxton and Mark showed up on time every day and they finished our bathroom in only 3 1/2 days. Water damage, mold and ants were discovered behind our shower wall and we had several additional things we wanted to be completed while our bathroom was being renovated. We now have a safer, up-dated handicapped-accessible bathroom for our beautiful daughter who has physical disabilities. What a great and caring company. I have been bugging my husband about redoing the tub/shower in our upstairs bathroom. Our house is 20 years old and the tub looked terrible. I contacted Genie to come and give us an estimate. The remodel was a little more expensive than we thought it would be, but the new shower looks great! The crew finished most of the job in about 2 days. They damaged the wall of the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom (cut right through the drywall!), but they fixed it quickly.
