James and Tristan did a great job. My State Premier water heater failed this morning and after several plumbers wanted to sell me a new one over the phone, Posey wanted to look first. James knew the system and quickly identified a loose fitting. Service call charge only. Best yet, they arrived within two hours of calling. Kudos to all.

As a Doctor my awareness for healthy environment is beyond extremely important.
Posey plumbing installed in my new home all day plumbing and smart toilets that I was amazed to see that the service people could not even read and understand the instructions how to install the device correctly. Since then we had countless issues with sanitary problems from the toilet overflowing under flowing to shower full of sewage etc.
on top of that as you will see in the photo due to lack of professionally installment we are dealing with life danger hazard as water got into our outlets on our floors.

Would not recommend this plumbing company to no one. I called and made an appointment...they were a week out so scheduled my appointment time with the choice of a window from 8-11 am or 1-4 pm...I chose morning window, made arrangements to be home from work only for NO ONE to show up. When I called at 11:30 am the lady said they didn't have me down...how totally incompetent! Then she had the nerve to tell me MAYBE he could come by that afternoon...really lady??? My time is just as valuable as you think yours is. I know for a fact the day and time were accurate because I had to cancel a meeting

Quick response and arrived when they said they would. There was a small problem that continued after they left and they came right back the following day to address it. Office staff was friendly and helpful. It sometimes seems hard to find honest and trustworthy service companies, but I now know who to call for plumbing issues.

Do not use this company. They re-installed a toilet for us after we had new hardwood floors put in and less than 2 weeks later the supply line leaked and ruined the new floors. They took no responsibility for any damages. They also replaced a shower cartridge due to leaking and in less than 2 weeks it had failed and the shower would not shut off, requiring us to have another service call. We have been very disappointed in their customer service and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Posey Plumbing was a subcontractor hired to do the plumbing on our new house. They incorrectly installed a pipe in our attic which caused a large water leak. There was mold on the studs in the attic as well as on the drywall in my child's bedroom. They came out and repaired the pipe but refused to cover any of the damage to our house. We had to hire a repairman to come in and treat the studs and replace the drywall and texture at the cost of nearly $600. DO NOT USE POSEY PLUMBING!
