Paul Davis is both a US Navy veteran who served overseas during Desert Storm, and a California native. In laboratory tests, bed bugs have been found to carry causative agents for several diseases including anthrax, plague, tularemia, yellow fever, relapsing fever and typhus. Bed bugs generally hide in cracks and crevices during daylight hours.

I recently switched my pest control guy to Davis Pest Management and i am so happy i did so. Paul took the time to evaluate my home and paid extra attention to problem areas. My primary concern was scorpions. I have two small dogs so I needed something targeted and safe. Paul Davis treated my property two days ago and yesterday morning I found a couple dozen dead bugs including a scorpion.
Since it's November I didn't expect to see so many bugs but glad I started service so I'll have a jump on the bugs come spring time!

Paul did the best control at my old job and he was great! I HATED bugs. I would see one bug and Paul would come to the rescue ! He would make it a point to come same day or next day to service. His monthly maintenance is affordable and great! Paul was the best thing that happened to us. He was very knowledgeable, he would tell us how to prevent bugs in the future and everything. Very fast response to my service request. Was offered an appointment within 2 days. The technician was on-time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She confirmed the type of bug we had, gave a thorough overview of the treatment process and took care of it right away. I signed a contract for bimonthly service and the fees are quite reasonable. She informed us we'd continue to see bugs for approximately 3 days and there should be no issues going forward. I am extremely satisfied and appreciate yelp for hooking me up with Paul

Paul came to help spray our house perimeter after we were having an ant problem. He is professional, punctual and extra helpful. Paul made sure I understood what his services covered and what they wouldn't, e.g. interior extermination. Besides spraying the home exterior, which took care of the problem, he was awesome in telling me which products to use to make sure we didn't have an ant problem indoors. And he recommended that I put steel wool in our pipes to avoid rats coming in... he even used the extra steel wool he had in his truck on one of our pipes as an example. He gave us so

What can I say. Having challenges with insects is a pain. Hiring the wrong pest control service is a waste of time.
I was expecting challenges with what we thought to be mites. But because they are so small, you can not see them. The owner of my complex asked me to call Paul. After a quick conversation, and before leaving on vacation, he came by, placed a fogger and left.
I waited the required time and returned to my home. Every things else died but the mites.

This review is for Paul cancelling same day of scheduled service for 2 clients' home. He cancelled out of the blue for the assumption he couldn't trust if he was going to get paid for his services. I work for a property management group and had already arranged in asking for what I needed on our end to make sure he received payment. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, unreliable service.

Paul was rude and unprofessional, below is my $60 diy cost effective solution. The challenge with hiring small business owner is that they do not have a boss to tell them things they should not do. Therefore they can treat some customers however they like. He came to our home a while ago but left abrubtedly because he was upset about something. I don't know why because he left without telling us. I bet he won't even remember us.
Paul asked us to remove all cabinets drawers and that's the hardest part of the work.

Paul was responsive, professional, and very helpful. A large buzzing insect (bigger than a dime) popped up in our house. My husband managed to catch it, but we had no idea what it was. Since we were concerned about a nest/structural damage, we contacted Paul. He asked us to send pictures to identify it. Ultimately, he wasn't able to ID the bug so he pointed us toward the County Etymologist who finally identified it as a brown marmorated stinkbug. (Apparently these bugs are mostly on the East Coast but in the last decade they've started popping up in parts of Calif.).

Having pests in your home is terribly traumatic. Paul was kind, patient, professional, and probably most important of all: he was successful! Paul told us exactly what he would do and when. He saved us money from our original plan and he eradicated the problem! I would hire Paul again and recommend him to anyone who ever has a pest problem!

I highly recommend Paul's pest control! I had a pest problem that he helped me with and came out extra times to make sure that the situation was completely resolved. He was professional and considerate and very reasonably priced. Also, I had a lot of questions and called him many many times and he was very patient with me.

I don't know who they paid to write all these reviews
They're awful, rude and lie. They did a bad job / offered warranty they won't honor.
We told them we had roaches indoors but they still insisted on only spraying outside which didn't work. And when I told Paul he refused to come finish the job despite he had offered us a warranty. Now we have to find another pest control company.
Don't use them.

Based on the awesome reviews here, I called to get a second opinion on how to eliminate an ant problem.
Paul was extremely helpful and courteous, returning my frantic call same day. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions. He was actually available to do the work on super short notice (even the weekend), at a great price, but I went with another company who I had already booked and had used in the past. (I feel really bad about this, given how great Paul was!)
