The young man that showed up, Mr. Luszeck was very professional. Before starting the requested service , he detailed what it entailed, then got right to the business at hand...
After the inspection was done, he explained his findings and recommended ways to prevent any issues in the future. This was very much appreciated. He also shared information on other services that Preventive Pest Control provides. There were no high pressure tactics or push to offer more services.

Called for an appointment to my condo today , I had left the keys under the floor mat . I came home after ripping gym , walked into the house and noticed a couple things moved around. Not out of the ordinary, but then my AirPods and PS5 controller are missing lol. Not to mention that this guy showed up in my place today , so obviously they didn't do their job

The guy showed up to My house today, Joshua, was super rude. When he was taking to me, he said "it's none of my business." And tapping the floor with his feet. Acting like he is right and I'm wrong. No attitude to listen and talk to resolve the issue. He had ZERO respect to the customer.
I called customer service but one of the ladies tried to help me. Melissa and another one. Every time I call them, no solid answers I can get from this company and keep saying "oh well, but I'll charge to your credit card on file anyway!". This is enough. I've been patient

When a service company sends some disinterested worker to our house to go through the motions and get out as fast as he can, I never act surprised. Once in a while though, you hit three cherries and draw a guy like Glenn at Preventive Pest Control. I watched him wage an epic chess match with a family of rats, both sides trying to establish territorial control of our attic. Glenn sealed off entrances and fed them 'crystals of death' but the rats were defiant and evasive. The 150 degree attic was never a deterrant to Glenn...his energy and persistance finally paid off and the rats either

I was about to quit them until they got a new service manager, Mike, who is amazing. He has completely turned my opinion around. When I killed a scorpion in the house they came out the very next day to spray. The manager had heard that I wasn't happy b/c the technician wasn't really putting any spray down. He then came out and did an extra heavy spray and said that the next time I get a regular service he would come with the technician to show him how to spray our house and yard. I can still remember the day the PPC rep came to my door almost 20 years ago. He was personable and knowledgeable about the service. I decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. Every technician that has come to my house has been professional and considerate of the quirks of my property. I have ZERO pest problems. There are different plans to meet any need. I am so glad I went with this company! I started out by searching for quotes to find the best price. What drew me in initially was the convenience of communicating with this company. You can chat with them through text and ask questions and get clear answers. Rather than how some places have you call and give you the roundabout answers.
On top of that their prices actually ended up being the best option. I checked 3 other places and felt Preventive offered the best value for price.

Preventive was recommended to us by a co-worker. Nick has done a phenomenal job keeping our home pest free! When we first requested their services, we were having a terrible scorpion infestation. Having a small dog, we were quite concerned for his safety. Nick and Kurt came in and did the initial treatment and inspection. Found several places where they were entering our home and took care of our issue immediately.
They come out monthly and if we see anything we simply make one call and they are there to take care of the problem. They even do a follow up phone call to ensure we are satisfied
