I HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH WORK FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND HAVE BEEN OUT OF STATE SO I DIDNT WANT THEM COMING TO SPRAY THE HOUSE WITH NO ONE HOME. I TOLD THEM I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO IT UNTIL DECEMBER SO THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ME $30 BECAUSE "I MISSED A SPRAY SCHEDULE." SOME PEOPLE HAVE LIVES AND CANT ACCOMODATE TO YOUR SCHEDULE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT SURPRISED CHARGES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Amazing customer service and knowledge! My husband has been doing our home pest control for years. Finally it’s come to the point that we need to get a professional in. Ants and spiders and roaches (outside) are our main issues. We have pets and are very concerned about the chemicals that are used. I was assured that all was safe for my pets! Easy to set up service, fast and quick communication via text message! I do appreciate the short windows of when they'll arrive for the day 3-4pm, instead of the usual "12-5pm" window frame. I received a text when they were on the way. I am already seeing the outside critters dying! Would recommend.

I had been in my rental home for about 8 months when I noticed ants coming in from any opening or drain they could fit through. It began driving me crazy when I would come home and find a line of ants running across the middle of my living room floor!
A quick yelp search directed me to Ranger. I called and was able to get a same day appointment (3 hours from the time I called)!
Elijah took the time to listen to our issue and was quick & efficient spraying both the interior and exterior

Listen..... What an absolutely comfortable, educational pest control experience. I'm always pretty concerned about having random people in my home (just two females). I was immediately put at ease by Matt's professionalism. I was able to express my problems and concerns, and he immediately had a plan of attack. We ended up running into a bit of an ant infestation, not a problem!!! Matt arrived fully prepared for a bit of everything.
