Absolutely the best movers around! The 4 or 5 hour job that other companies quoted us were ridiculous. They completed a 3 bedroom move that was completely done in 2 hours. They truly have a fantastic price! The 2 gentleman were respectful, polite, and achieved anything we asked. They confirmed with us the day before our move, when they were on their way, and even when they were delayed in traffic. Superior communication from the initial inquire to completion. They were super fast, and didn't stop moving the whole time. Thank you greatly! I will definitely use them for every move from here on out

I set this up a month in advance, I was able to speak to the owner easily several times to set up the move. Seemed like a good and honest man. I was mistaken. I called and texted him as the truck was pulling away because of serious issues and he won't return any phone calls.
It started with the two you guys Ryan and Zack being 3 hours late. I had been told it was a family business that they were professional and trained. These young men showed up without any tools or blankets to protect my furniture. Every piece of furniture was damaged by the time they unloaded the truck into my new home

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 6 hours late, no one called me. When I finally reached them they said they were on the way. No one showed up. When I called again, the guy on the phone couldn't care less. He basically said, "too bad." I have no idea how this company is still in business. Do not use this company. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it if you do.

DO NOT USE MACK'S MOVERS! I had such a terrible experience. The movers were inexperienced and destroyed my furniture. My couch was shredded and I have missing lamps and other items. the movers were late and slow overcharging me for the move and then bringing in ruined furniture. The owner refuses to get back to me about my complaint. I am left with banged up furniture that has to be replaced and a company that does not attend to customer issues. Don't get anywhere near this company! I will have to pursue legal action to resolve my case with them!

I scheduled a move ahead of time and was given a date and time frame for movers to show up. When nobody showed up at the scheduled time I called and was told that there was no truck and crew available and that that was part and parcel of the nature of the business. They said they might have a truck available 2 1/2 hours later and that they would call me. Needless to say I never got that call. This company is unprofessional and borderline rude. Don't waste your time and money with these clowns!!!!

Moving was going great until after paying for move, I noticed they broken my TV. I personally feel they knew the tv broke, bc when asked to place the tv from the floor to on top of the dressed, the main movers wanted to go a head a cash out, even though the move wasn't completed yet. I paid and went back in the house. While outside the tv was out on dresser and there now they didn't see it was broke. They said nothing. When i pointed it out he took pics and said owner advised me to call, i called 4xs so far no reply. Now the company is nonresponsive and not returning calls to address

I truly hesitate to give this company a 1 star review as they are not deserving ..I had them move my daughters grande piano from one home to next in Orlando,Fl . They came to home with ONLY 2 gentlemen . I was very concerned with the insufficient help and asked if they could do this with just them two. They expressed their competency and convinced me they could do this job . I left the home as they were taking apart the legs from the piano. They did not bring any wraps or coverings for protection. I supplied them with a plastic wrap of which they covered the top portion.

Very very disappointed very poor job.
The worst move I have ever did.
They didn't bring all of my furniture, I had to bring rest of them on my own.
very poor quality of work , furniture were broken, didn't bring my tea table glass top from old place, furniture was left Unassembled
I have called to the company to claim insurance for my broken furniture, they replied to me that it was already broken.
I am really really disappointed. I will never use them again.

If you want things stole from you, furniture not put back together properly, furniture abused in the move and not wrapped before loaded in the truck by all means use this company. However, if you value your belongings and do not want them stolen and abused, do not use this company. They did not send enough people for the job, one of the workers stole some items, my furnitures was abused and damaged beyond acceptable means during a move, not all items were put upstairs, and a wall was damaged. No one likes to move, but the service and respect I received from the fine folks at Mack's Movers would make me almost consider moving again, just so I could work with them one more time. The employees are friendly and dedicated, and I often witnessed them running back and forth from my home to the van. It's rare to see that sort of efficiency in a company anymore! If you need movers, look no further! Two thumbs way up!!
