Brandon and Thomas were very professional and accommodating. We ended up needing to move more items that initially thought, and they happily adjusted to our needs. They were quick to smile and were very polite, even when I asked them to move a particularly heavy piece to a different location. This was my second time using Lightning Movers, will use them again next time as well!

Lightning Move exceeded our expectations! Our movers DJ, Tom and Brenden were so friendly and quick. They helped with everything we needed and moved a lot of our clunky wide furniture with ease and care I didn’t have to worry once about my stuff getting damaged or scratched (and we were moving out of a very tight space). The guys were all really kind and helped us pack things when we ran out of boxes! We loved this place and the price was shockingly affordable for how much work was done! We will most certainly use Lightning again!

DJ and Tom were my movers. They were on time and loaded up the items quickly, as well as carefully. When unloading the items they did the same thing. Both people went out of their way to get the job done quickly but at the same time being careful with the moved items . Both people asked a few times if anything else could be done to help the move easier. I recommend the company and these two employees if available. I will use this particular company again.

The one driver seemed angry all the time, cursing and complaining. was moving so fast he was knocking things in the doorway, dropping things. Worst part of all at the new home, the same driver broke my bathroom… door and broke the side of my toilet. I was told by the office that Connor the manager would call me that day, but he never did. It was $200 over the quoted price, but I have to say there was more involved then what they had quoted. I was told by the office to send an email to claims, which I did. I haven't gotten a confirmation email and I'm still waiting for that call from Connor

I have used many moving companies over the years and this was by far the best experience. Lightning Moving LLC moved us from Orlando to St Petersburg and it was quite a complex move. It involved 6 movers, 2 trucks and 2 closings on one day. I was very stressed about this.
The sales representative Connor said that this is very common and would not be an issue. After our 20 minute conversation I felt as though Lightning Moving LLC was the company that I wanted to go with. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive which I believe is the best way to go.

These people are not honest or responsible, my move was quoted at $1000 and the final tab was $2800 over 2.5 times the quoted rate. They do not come look at what they are moving so they are very unprepared when the moving time comes. They came to my house with a rented U-Haul truck and when it was full they said they would have to return with… another truck and charged me for another U-Haul and storage. Then when they were scheduled to deliver they had another job scheduled that overwhelmed them so by the time they arrived at my house it was late and they charged me for extra guys they called

I needed to move a 10x15 storage unit. Lightning called with an estimate of 2 1/2 hrs. and scheduled for Sunday morning. The truck and three young men showed up and went right to work. They did a great job, worked hard and actually finished in moving everything in just two hours. Price was reasonable and well worth it. Hope I never have to move again. But if I do, I will call Lightning.

We were very happy with Lightning Moving. The three gentlemen who moved us were professional, friendly, careful and also fast. All our large furniture was very carefully wrapped and arrived with no scratches. None of our small items were damaged either. In addition, all three movers were pleasant to be around and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. Thank you so much for making our move as low stress as possible!

I will update this once the monumental job is done. However, Jim called me within 5 minutes of my asking for a quote. He was actually excited by the challenges associated with moving four 16’x16’x72’ storage units that are stuffed with stuff from the floor to the ceiling. He quoted what I felt were very reasonable rates, especially considering we are starting on Sunday! He left me with a very strong sense of confidence; which is NOT what I expected. I have been stressed about this for two months; Jim took it all away in 15 minutes. Jim, if you read this, thank you, sir!!!!!! You are a breath
