Highly recommended. They did a great job and were very patient. I recommend being fully packed and ready for them to take your things in advance. I underestimated all the junk I had and thought my daughter precious teddy bear was misplaced. Luckily we found it! Thanks guys for all of your time and patience! We were absolutely impressed by the way the gentlemen took great care in the handling of our items. Ours was a short distance move but I would not hesitate to recommend for any type or distance move. I used The Movers for a complex move, including storage at their facility. Their storage is air conditioned, which is very much needed over the Florida summer! They did two double moves for me 6 months apart. The same team moved me each time and they were fantastic! Careful with my furnishings, quick, clean and knowledgeable. They communicated well before, during and after the move. I highly recommended The Movers!

After selling our home more quickly than we anticipated and our new home still under construction, we were in need of reliable, secure and climate controlled storage. Unfortunately, in my experience with this company the movers moving & storage was not that good I did business with this company July 2020 from new port Richey to Riverview Florida 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms this company does not have one big truck so you have to pay for two smaller trucks and two crews for each truck. i was given a price of $2300.00 at the end of the move the owner Mr, cal tacked on an additional $2,000.00 to the bill total cost was $4,300 i was missing quite a few items that never got to my new address in Riverview we I called the company to find out what happened to the rest

Horrible horrible company. Lazy movers. They charged me over $1200 for a move to a storage unit and a few items to an apartment. I got another company who charged me $300 from my storage unit and apartment to my new home. They lost my ladder, promised me to return it, called them repeatedly for 4 months, nothing. I would never do business with these people again. I give them ZERO stars.

Terrible Service, not to mention they give you one price on the phone, then increase it afterwards. I contacted them; "Cal McDuffie" gave me a price, and promised to send me a quote via Email, but I never got it. When I called back to confirm, they became very rude and belligerent and hung-up on me. Then another guy called me and cursed me out, and threatened me. Look at the negative review, they speak for themselves.

The worst move I have ever had. Not only were the movers slow, but nothing was handled with care. Since they took so long to pack the truck, it took them an extra day for them to deliver and I had to stay at a hotel plus rent a truck to pick up all the remaining items that the movers didn't pick up because they had time constraints.
On top of that, their manager or had the worst of attitude when they told me that my cost had doubled from their quote because they don't know how to do a proper estimate. My estimate was for $1000.00 and change to move from Tampa to Orlando and after renting

The guys that moved us had high energy BUT they were not trained on how to pack/protect items such ad coffee tables, china chests, stoves/appliances. We had a damaged coffee table, stove and china chest due to poor packing. The worst part about this company is that when you have a claim for damage, they state that "You don't have coverage for damaged items. What you do have is insurance on those damaged goods that pays sixty cents per pound AND there is a $2,500 deductible." Do not use! Asked for and received an estimate of $2400-$2600 for a partial move. Move was to storage since home was not done being built. Company loaded entire house on the trucks and then presented a bill for $3818. Move finally completed and found estimated $3000 damage to household goods. Packing and handling of our goods was horrible. Company based compensation totally on "valuation" insurance even thou their employees were the cause of the damage. Appears to me based on my experience with this company that they have no incentive or interest in treating your household goods like

Cal just called my cell phone, yelling and screaming and threatening to sue me for deformation of character from a bad review that my husband did. Now if that isn't irony, I don't know what it. They lied, they were rude, they threw up in our driveway, left trash at both houses. I'm very concerned about exposure to illness now since one of them was visibly sick and no one had masks on. SO GREAT!!! The entire experience, from speaking with Ann to coordinating with dispatch AND the 2 movers themselves, was fantastic. The price was perfect and everyone was very courteous. Our closing date/times got a little chaotic and they were more than accommodating. I highly recommend this company with any move; big or small.

Beware of quotes, your move will be doubled if not triple. Moving company had no idea what the needed to get the job done. Took two trips for 10 small items and ?900.00 later after a quote of 360.00. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about simple moving techniques. 3 large men Could not figure out how to get a couch out. I went the next morning and had it lifted over the balcony in less than 30 seconds.....they charged me another 275,00 to pick it up from out front and deliver 8 miles to my garage. TOTAL Disaster! Don't do it!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. They estimated the move of my grandmothers home to $7000 and then charged them an additional $1500. That is ABSURD. They assured my grandparents that their belongings would be stored in a climate controlled environment, half of their things were not. They damaged numerous items, stacked large boxes on smaller boxes, did NOT handle their things with care in the slightest, and the customer service was disgusting. I've used this company twice and will be leveraging them for another move in the next three weeks. Your expectations shouldn't be far fetched. They provide a max of two tv boxes for free. Besides that, they do just that... move. My first experience was moving my 1 bed 1 bath apartment to a 3rd floor apartment. 3 guys (2 movers and a driver) arrived promptly and on time. I had everything wrapped and in the living room except my bed furniture; took them 30 mins max to load the truck before we were on our way. BUYER BEWARE ......I had used The Movers based upon a referral which in my business is extremely huge. I'm sorry to say they were a huge let-down!! First off, they were 45 minutes late (which I had a strict time schedule to adhere to) and they do not tell you that by their hourly rate of $120 per hour and $120 truck charge, that includes multiple smoke breaks and a lunch. The movers arrived on time and the office personnel was very helpful but the movers took the same amount of time to move several pieces of furniture as it would have been to move my entire apartment because they wanted to wrap everything which would have been great if my furniture had arrived undamaged. But it didn't so at the end it was a waste of time.

You can't make everyone happy. My family had a horrific experience. The move itself was estimated at 3-4 hours but took 7hrs. One of the movers was new and inexperienced. It's seems the customer had to pay for his OTJ training. Also, one of movers asked to use the bathroom which was fine until 15mins past and he came out asking for something to mop the floor with...disgusting (not to mentioned we were paying by the minute. I had a very positive experience with James and Donald. They were efficient with their time and careful with our items and their surroundings. As a property manager I have see a lot of movers and moving companies and these guys are prepared and have it down to a science! Try them out I don't think you'll be sorry :)
