He was so courteous and friendly and professional. He measured the area, listened to what our ideas are and made suggestions as how to get what we wanted, and add a few things we hadn't thought about. We were very impressed with the details and again, very willing to work with us without any high pressure sales tactics.

I highly recommend Bruce and his team. My project was a large basement remodel in an older home. I had a vision. Bruce made it better than I had hoped. He was sensitive to our budget, added extra design insight for more bang for our $, kept us up to date, solved unforeseen problems quickly and efficiently, was always available for questions, and performed high quality work. His team was top notch every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.

We have been work with Bruce since 2001 he has done four of our house remodeling projects including basement, mud room, master bath, and just finished our kitchen We love all of our new spaces; our home is much more family friendly and every space is usable. He even built our backyard shed. Would recommend him for anything. He has great ideas. Bruce and his team (Brandon and Abbi) are amazing

B2 Design Build has been a lifesaver! I owned an old duplex that due to various reasons (inspections, old age, tenants) has needed repairs done with minimal delay. Bart has always helped me out and has been not only a contractor but a partner in the process- he understands the needs of the property and doesn’t try to take advantage of me. I cannot recommend them enough!

B2, and Bruce S. in particular, have coordinated three significant home projects for us over the course of the last 5 years. We were extremely happy with them on each project. Their mantra of "we're not the most expensive or least expensive but strive for a good outcome" was upheld each time we worked with them. My biggest aim was for quality work and they delivered on that for all they did. Their crew was careful, clean and fussy about their work -- which is usually a derivative of a company's culture. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others!

After a few bad experiences with other contractors we had B2 quote our kitchen renovation. Our neighbors had used them several times and the projects all looked amazing! Bruce and his team gave us a quote that included a far larger scope and still came in under the price of the other contractors. Their staff were all friendly and professional. Communication throughout the project was stellar. Bruce had several ideas that he came up with and brought to us that each added so much to the finished project. The final results were absolutely amazing and we love our new kitchen! I would highly recommend

We met Bart at the Rosemount Home Show and discussed our backyard project with him there. We emailed him on April 8th and asked him to come show us a design and give us an estimate for the patio he had suggested to us. It was a couple weeks before he came to see our property, but he gave us a ballpark estimate and an approximate project date of the second week in June when he came out in early May.
