Had my jeep diagnosed for a bad water pump and had the oil changed, I was told over the phone that the total was $129 , when I get there to pick up my jeep I am handed a bill for $235 , and then they charged me an extra $30 for shop supplies to change the oil that they already charged me $80 for. When asked about the charges they told me the $30 is for the seat covers and supplies they use when moving the vehicle??????? Are you serious right now!! Also was told that I must have misunderstood him over the phone. I told him there is no way I misunderstood you because I repeated back to you what you

I came in for service with an appointment 8 am I came early 7 36 am once I pulled up the young lady ask my name and pulls me up stating I was a recall but I wasn’t. She also let me no there at least 9 cars a head of me will i be dropping my car off I asked to sit in the waiting area and she states it’s full. I also asked do they transport they didn’t . What was the point of an appointment if your not honoring it. I left and called to speak to management and was place on hold after I stated my complaint and never got to speak to management won’t be going back oh one star is not what I would

The pricing was fine probably the only place around right now that’s not charging that big of a market markup they didn’t charge me any financing was good got what I wanted after service is terrible once you’re done you sign those papers it doesn’t seem like they care I walked in there yesterday to get a part and I had to talk to my salesman I stood around for 15 minutes and not one person said a word to me! I ended up leaving and going to another dealership getting what I needed ! will I go back there again probably not and I won’t take my car back there for any kind of work or oil changes

Giving a deserved shout out to Rob Hartley and the folks at DARCARS. Had a really positive experience buying a used Jeep there today. It’s a crazy time to buy a car right now but we were able to work out what I think was a pretty fair deal. I’d recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep or Dodge to check out their inventory.
