Kelii, the owner of Malama 'Aina Chem-Dry, was born and raised on Oahu. After working for other people most of his life, Kelii decided he was tired of the daily grind and wanted to be his own boss. In April of 2016, he finally set out on his own and started Malama 'Aina Chem-Dry carpet cleaning on Oahu.

Hadn't cleaned my carpet in a couple of years. With 5 cats it was way overdue! Keli'i did a fantastic job getting out the barf stains in my living room and two bedrooms. He was very professional and pretty fast. It took about 2 hours to dry and it looks fantastic! Mahalo, Keli'i! I'll be recommending Malama Chem Dry to my friends, fer sher!

Got my car interior cleaned after years of beach outings with family. I have a family of six so you know my interior has had it. Now my car is the cleanest it's been in years and it smell great. I'm not sure of their quality of service but I have tried NUMEROUS times to get a quote or speak to someone. I have sent multiple text messages to the number provided, have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails as well as submitting multiple quotes through their online website. I have not recieved any emails, call backs or any type of response whatsoever. Idk if theres something wrong with the system or what but I feel like it shouldn't be that difficult to get ahold of someone for a quote, especially when you've utilized all your resources. I needed carpet cleaning to remove pet odor. It was time sensitive. While many cleaning companies flat out said they were booked, Malama Aina Chem-Dry responded with the minimum wait. He explained how the process worked (eg.,the smell will get worse after treatment for a few days and then gradually disappear) and they they would come back to apply solution if the odor persisted. It took over a week but the smell was gone! The carpet is clean and fresh. I am so happy.

Shawn came to clean my couch and was on time, very pleasant, and helpful.
I couldn't get a smell out of the corner of the couch. Shawn worked diligently and told me if the smell wasn't gone in a few days, the company would guarantee their cleaning and be back till the smell disappeared. (I felt he was doing such a great job, I had him do my living room rug too.)
Well, the smell was still there and I called to tell them. With no hesitation they were back to work on getting that smell out. This time, Keilii (the owner) was with Shawn

This is my second time using this company. The first was for carpet cleaning and this past time for couch/loveseat cleaning. They responded quickly with a quote and was able to schedule me within a week. Keli'i and his workers were very nice and professional. I am totally satisfied with the work completed and the price. My couches look brand new! I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.

Excellent job and superb customer service! Highly recommended! I called the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day. My living room carpet looks brand new and smells really good.
I also appreciated Kelii's no fuss approach. He did not try to sell me more than what was needed. I had previously called for a quote at another company and the salesperson was trying to get me to clean all of the carpet in my house when all I wanted to do was my living room.

I put out 5 calls for quotes with different carpet cleaners and they got back to me within an hour...on a Sunday. Not only did he end up being slightly less expensive he made it clear that they would fit me into their schedule the next day even if it required working after normal hours at no extra charge. You can't find that kind of customer service anymore and I was deeply impressed.
They called about 4 hours before I was expecting them to let me know some time had become available and if I was up to it they could come out sooner.
