I would like to update the one star review I gave last year. Nearly a year after that review, Rex, the owner contacted me by phone regarding the charges I was so upset about. He investigated and when he found out I was correct about being overcharged he apologized and sent a check in the mail that I received the next day. I very much appreciate his follow up and his honesty. I would update with 5 stars because the quality of the cleaning is very good, but I took the one star away because of this over charging hassle that led me to decide to discontinue their services and it took them a year

We had construction inside our house and a lot of dust everywhere because of it. Rex and the ladies of the Home Team where very professional and did a wonderful job thoroughly and methodically cleaning our home and sticking to their estimated timeframe and cost. I have used the Home Team for so long, I forget, 20+ years? They are wonderful ladies and do a thorough job. If anything is broken, which sometimes happens, they will replace or repair asap no problems. They accommodate our crazy home renovations and will work to reschedule. My house always looks better after they have arrived and I would not trade them for any other service. Totally honest and trustworthy.

I have used the Home Team cleaning service for over a year now and am very pleased with their service. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is wonderful, especially since I really don't have the time to do that thorough a cleaning.
They come once a month, usually when I'm at work-they have a key to my apt. I live in an 800 sq. ft. apt. and it takes 3-4 ladies about 1 1/2 hrs. to do a good cleaning- change sheets, dust thoroughly, vacuum/scrub floors (like on their hands and knees kine!), a deep clean of the kitchen area. For me it's the pet hair. It's everywhere. When
