The appointment process was easy and painless, you can schedule it on-line. They were also on time, which I appreciated.
The whole process took about an hour, and my carpet was squeaky clean! Now my living room looks so much better. I also have 2 cats so they did an amazing job cleaning.

This was my first time ever having my carpets cleaned... I had my bedrooms, hall and staircase done. The carpets look, feel and smell amazing! they're fluffy again!! These guys are awesome! Great communication before to remind me of everything I needed to know the day before, easy payment process (texted me a link after they were done and i got to use applepay! cool!), emailed me the receipt immediately, and even texted when they were on the way over! Didn't even have to lift a finger. Will definitely be using them again!!!!

I have known Frank for several years. Always a professional and stand up guy, I was thrilled when I found out the services he provides. I have used Frank and his team for professional and personal services and they always exceed my expectations. Long ago I used another provider (Company X) that was slightly cheaper. Company X cleaned a light colored couch for me. It was better but not great. Frank came in a few months later and after he was done it looked like new. Since that experience I do not spend my money anywhere else. He has done work on upholstery, tile, grout, carpet, and even automotive

Frank and Brandon did a phenomenal job cleaning and sealing my ceramic tile floors and shower after a particularly messy construction job. They were able to remove stains and discoloration I was convinced would never come out. Extremely professional, punctual, and very fairly priced. They really went the extra mile providing several great cleaning tips and even moving a homes worth of furniture out of the way quickly and eagerly. I look forward to doing business with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues!

Frank did an awesome job with the carpet cleaning. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he made the carpet in the master's bedroom look like new. He arrived right on time, and I liked that you can schedule online and get an estimate online.
The carpet in the side bedroom got nice and clean, and he was able to get rid of the odor from a leaking ac that made the carpet filthy. The carpet needs to be replaced at some point, but the cleaning at least made it livable. The really bad stains in the side room couldn't come out, but I had anticipated this since they were really bad.

It has been 5 weeks now since, we got our entire flooring cleaned. Both carpet and floor tiles have remained impeccable since Frank and his nephew came out to do it. We are just in awe that, the cleaning and supplies Frank have used still remain to keep our house smelling fresh. Mahalo once again and we highly recommend Ohana Chem Dry.
