Very bad costumer service and communication! Robert so far have tried to help! We just bought the car 9 days ago with a big down payment and when my husband went back to have a diagnosis done as the engine light turns on from no where! They treat him really bad and they told him that he should have make an appointment before he shows up at the dealer! Really but to buy you can walk in and you are so welcome but when you have a problem you can’t just go there and talk to someone no no you need to make an appointment! And even with appointment you still have to wait almost one hour to they can

A guy named Mario Bolleda ad a Van that he said was in this dealership that belongs to his Uncle. I drove 3:00h and when I was close he called me saying that his uncle returned the car to the owner. With so many people saying negative experiences I start to believe that everyone is right. If a person doesn't have a word before showing the vehicle what they will say at the sale. My luck was that I didn't do business with these people. be careful !

I’ve bought a 2015 Ford transits years ago from this place. The van has given me no problem as is why I give them 2 stars. The seller Roberto was a great guy. Unfortunately my brother in law that recently got his license decided to purchase his first car from marketplace from a auto sales men that I research after I decided to review works there or associated. His name is Felipe. Felipe ask us to meet him a walking distance from this place. At a pizza shopping place. He told us the car only needed a tune up and refrigerate for the ac to blow cold air.
