We had AC issues back in the Fall of 2020, go figure. They were quick to come out and were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Then, as I was self installing a new thermostat something went wrong at 9:00 PM on a Saturday... I sent an email to these guys not expecting to hear back until Monday when they opened. Instead I got a reply and continued getting replies all up until the next afternoon when I found and fixed my issue thanks to their help. These guys have done nothing but be good to us and I am sure they will be the same with you.

Doug, owner of A & S Heating and Cooling of Shelbyville, TN corrected a faulty "potential" install of a mismatched Carrier heat pump from another person. Doug could have told me he could not help, but instead said he could resolve our dilemma. Doug did and sent two fine HVAC techs - Jacob and Koby who installed and connected the correct sized heat pump! We are forever grateful to Doug and his company!!!

Bought our home a few years ago and figured we better get our unit checked and serviced. Seen an ad in our little local newspaper and decided to give them a call. They came out and checked and cleaned our units. I asked the young man a bunch of questions not only did he answer them but gave me tips. I called them in a panic today because our upstairs unit was leaking, although overbooked they came TODAY and fixed the leak! If you live near the zip code 37160 ..I would highly recommend this company.

I've lived in my house 14 years. Bought it new. I don't think my two ac/heat units were ever as efficient as my new ones from your company. It's been very pleasant in my house on these sweltering days. I hate to think how warm I would be with my old units! Thank you A&S for quality products and service!!

The technician was extremely polite and professional. We had an epic clog in our condensate line, but he persisted with multiple strategies until he got it flushed and properly flowing again. We were also pleased that you were able to fit us in the schedule so quickly considering that Hurricane is approaching and most people are busy with preparations.
