Exceptional service! Vlad, Maxi and Tony assisted with my move and were wonderful! In three hours exactly they had me moved from one apartment to another, with everything intact! They took everything apart with a lot of care and reassembled perfectly. Would definitely recommend Movers for Less to anyone moving and in need of the service. 10/10, highly recommend!

What a fantastic company! My movers cancelled the day before my scheduled move due to the crew testing positive for Covid, so I was scrambling to find somebody last minute. Jane was incredibly helpful and scheduled my move for the next day! The actual movers came exactly on time, and everything was done quickly. Nothing but a positive experience with this company, and will definitely be hiring for the next move.

Vlad and Tony are awesome! I will only use move for less going forward. They helped us move quickly and smoothly. My current building had one elevator down and then poor Tony was stuck in the elevator at my new building. Neither had an effect on my experience! Which speaks volumes on how great of a move it was. These two were incredible. You really can’t beat this price or experience. I highly recommend! Our move was in Miami, FL.

STAY AWAY! I signed an agreement with them 4 weeks prior to the move date. One week before, I called them to confirm and turns out they got my timing wrong (timing was correct on the agreement...) and said "it was fine, they'd work something out." When my fiance called them again to confirm later on in the day, they said they couldn't do the move for us and returned our deposit. Unreliable. What would've happened if I hadn't called to confirm?!

I should have read the reviews before booking. I also have had a terrible experience. I booked my move weeks ago. I even got a confirmation yesterday and I responded and confirmed. the confirmation stated that the movers would be here at 7am with a one hour window. At 8.30 I contacted my sales person (Jane) and she said to ignore that time and that it was 9am-11am per my contact. No problem. I waited until 12noon and still nobody. I sent Jane another text. Used them for the 2nd time about a month ago and have refered them to other friends for the past 4 years. They did a great job this time, the 3 guys worked hard almost none stop for about 8 hours and without any slack time, which mean they were there doing their job and not just buying extra time. They also where very careful with our stuff, so far we have only found 1 thing that was a little damaged, but nothing major to do a claim or make it a big deal, something is bound to brake in a move.

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. They never confirmed my spot because they said I didn't pay the deposit when I in fact did. I had to actually call this morning when they didn't arrive as expected and instead of someone just being honest and saying they wouldn't be able to fit me due to the error, they gave me the run around for hours. By the time someone finally showed up it was 7 hours past the original scheduled time only for him to tell me it was more stuff then they anticipated and it was take 6 HOURS which is just absurd for the amount of items.

I've used this company before but this last time was a mess. The movers did not bring enough material to wrap our items even though we paid for it. We ordered extra supplies and they did not bring all of what we ordered plus the boxes they brought were used. One guy kept complaining about having to walk back and forth as if he wasn't getting paid. When I told the guys they needed to wrap the glass furniture they told me that they would when they brought to downstairs. Once we got to the new location I realized they did not wrap the items. I wrote in to customer service and never received

I hired Move For Less for a Pembroke Pines to Miami move. My initial communication with the company was good, they answered all my calls and emails in a timely manner.
They were supposed to get to my apartment between 8-9am. After a few calls and emails, 2 movers arrived at 10am.
I paid for a 3-hour move, which is their minimum. I figured it was enough for a one-bedroom apartment. The only way that it was possible for my move to be completed in 3 hours is because I had 3 friends helping the movers out and I had packed everything and unassembled the furniture before the movers arrived.

Five star response, despite a 1 star initial performance.
Heard back from the guys at the company and they offered a full replacement of the TV value via PayPal payment. Although I was unhappy with the move itself, they showed commitment to customer satisfaction in remedying the situation.
They seem to have a good track record of good moves and despite my poor experience inotially, they have proven that customer service and satisfaction, as well as professionalism is at the core of their business.

Timur, Tolik, and Soso did a great job with the move! The guys made everything look so easy and were fun and friendly throughout the process.
These guys got stuck in the service elevator for almost an hour, but still came out ready to assist with anything needed. They were diligent to put everything in the place it needed to be and even set up the beds. Their help made the whole process of moving significantly less stressful.

Excellent moving company. I had to move some furniture in a rush and called them in, they scheduled my move for the next day and asked only for a $50 partial deposit to schedule it. The initial moving time was for the next day at 8:00 am but later they called to reschedule it for 12:00 pm which worked better for me.
The arrived, covered my furniture to protect it during the move, put it in the truck and headed to it to the new place. They were fast, nice and professional. At the end of the delivery I paid for the remaining balance (they take cash or credit).

First, I'll say that this company is good for SHORT, in town moves. When I moved in 2015 a few blocks down the street, there were no issues with the movers. For LONG distance moves, I recommend looking elsewhere.
I originally made the reservation for my move from Miami to NYC for 9am on 7/28 and my building did not charge a fee unless someone else requested to use the elevator. In that case, it's a $200 fee and you get the elevator for a 3 hour window. 2 days before my move, I got word that someone requested the elevator at 9am, so if I wanted that slot it would be
