I have been using this company for many years and they're great! Greg comes out and does a great job treating our home and he's always really helpful and knowledgable about the bugs. I like that they're a smaller company because you feel like you're part of the family. I haven't really had problems with cockroaches since they started coming out years ago when we bought the house!

Called last week to schedule appointment as a first time customer. I had a lengthy conversation about what my issue was the lady offered suggestions. I scheduled the appointment for today and received a call today “ to schedule my appointment.” Today was the only day that someone is available and they didn’t have my house on their scheduling list.… She said that someone could be there in an hour so I agreed instead of just going with a company that can be organized- which I should have. They were very helpful and professional. They really focused on what we asked. When I emailed about sightings even thought it had not been the 10 to 14 day grace period, they still sent someone out. I will continue to use their services again.

We’ve tried several pest control companies and always come back to Hartz. We’ve been using them for years. Their pricing is competitive and we almost always get the same technician coming out to do our service. They never try to sell us something we don’t need. Love that. Keep up the good work Hartz!

I called to set up an appointment and let the scheduler know that I needed spider relief. The technician arrived and knew nothing about the spiders and would not take care of them. He treated and charged $102.84 for a service call. There is wet orange residue on my white baseboards, spiderwebs everywhere and a promise that someone would be back next week sometime to do what should have been done today. This is unacceptable business practices.

I have had hartz servicing my 2 homes for more than a year.
I had significant problems with their billing all along. Finally the last straw is they came to my home, without getting a confirmation to come from me. Since I wasn't home they pest sprayed the outside of the house. Apparently they closed the service call as complete, but the inside of the house wasn't.
I called to finish the quarterly service just 3 days ago. I called their office 2 times and had gotten assurances that my account would not be considered past due.
I was disappointed when today, I have now received a 30 day

My wife and I just moved into the Spring Branch area and we have been using Hartz Pest Control for about a year now. They are very professional, always on time and thorough in regards to the work being done. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. Hartz is friendly and easy to work with! I had no problems booking an appointment and our technician was on time. He was friendly, fast, and smart. He explained how the spray would work and that it was pet friendly. We had small ants in our kitchen and bedroom and within 24-48 hours, they were gone! If you need pest control, I would highly recommend Hartz!

Manager/Owner always has an attitude on the phone and has a lack of respect for his customers. They are horrible communicators and get your appointment times wrong. Some of the newer guys just skip parts of your home or get dirt in your home. We've even given bug samples and they failed to even call us back or ID the bug! They said they didn't even know we gave a sample.
