There are 4 different types of services on our Pest Free Guarantee plan. What your technician will do during your service depends on which pest(s) are being treated for, and which type of service is being performed. The purpose of this service is to identify the best treatment strategy for your pest issue(s) and implement the strategy's first phase.
Allan and Brent Draper were raised in Nyssa, Oregon, a town of 2,000 people. As part of a family of eight, they were raised in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Growing up, as their family struggled, their community stepped in and helped whenever they could. In an effort to repay their community, Allan and Brent became heavily involved in community service.
To date, most of the activities we've volunteered for have been at the end of the year when people are busy with the holidays. In the future, we'll be expanding this program to include more volunteer activities throughout the year. We'll also be expanding this program to include additional charitable efforts throughout the year, like free pest control services to those in need.
To that end, we are constantly looking for awesome people - just like you! - to become part of our team. I had a bad experience with a salesperson not providing enough information about their contract. I was VERY distraught about the contract policy in which I was not fully informed about. However I was connected with a manager that was very professional and empathetic and my concerns were addressed fully and effectively. I was shocked that a company took their customer service seriously and made right when things were wronged. I had a poor review of the company because of this experience because I did not want anyone else to experience this. However

Product does not work at all. Used few times and had zero effect on the insects activity.
Salesman lied about the discount upon signing up which you would have to give back upon service cancellation. He also lied about monthly charges. Told us that we will be billed quarterly while the company started charging monthly.

We have been seeing a lot of spiders and bugs entering our home with the heat and I'm so glad Etoni and Caleb knocked on our door because spraying our home inside and out has been on our to do list. They were very informative and lovely to work with! Love that their products are organic and safe because we have a newborn at home! They were efficient and answered all of our questions! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with proof in the future!

Garrett showed up at my house this morning to treat for spiders etc. He was very professional and explained how different pests get inside homes, thrive, die, etc. He took the time to spray thoroughly inside and out. He is very knowledgeable in this area. I requested that he treat my parents house near me as he was wonderful.

I do not recommend them. I signed with Proof because they offered me a deal that they would only charge me for the quarterly visits (total of 4) instead of the contracted 5. They charged me two times in the first 60 days for a partial visit. 30 days into the first visit, they came again for what I thought they were going to do for the $250 they charged me on the first visit.
Avoid at all cost... find someone without a contract

Kevin was friendly, capable and efficient. He was quick yet thorough and great with the dogs (investigating him through the door). Thanks for always having such high class employees!! I'm always worried about protecting the bees and am always reassured they are not targeted and although I am generally opposed to sprays of any kind, I've been very surprised and pleased with Proofs products over the last 2 years. Never had a pest problem and still see my bees!

This company is honest, transparent, on time, and values their customers. Ariel and Bentley were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Ariel made sure that I knew everything that he was doing, from cleaning up exterior spider webs, removing wasps nests, plugging up suspicious holes allowing mouse access to the garage to spraying around our doors. Ariel made sure Proof met our expectations. Bentley reassured me that the materials used were green and friendly to the environment. I am happy to recommend Proof as an environmentally friendly alternative to pest control.

Fast forward a month later, I had a moth problem and decided to try out their services. Matt came out and was very professional and friendly. He again apologized for my previous experience with their salesperson and offered a complimentary one-time service at no charge. He serviced my entire home and took videos of various spiders and creepy crawlies that I did not know were around my house. He guaranteed their services and I did not feel any sales pressure from him. It was overall a very pleasant and productive experience. Glad I gave them another go!

Never used a pest control company before so I had to try out Proof when they asked me if I was interested. The organic spray in the house smells good and is safe for pets and children which is a win win all around. Canen was the tech that came out and sprayed and was knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We have seen mice nearby with our home being new construction and the area still under construction so keeping those pests away is going to be good.
