I met Erin Brugler a few weeks ago with my daughter Miranda at tractor supply in bullhead city. She was at her work vehicle and I approached her about pest service at my house. She was Professional, Courteous, Kind and Attentive!!! She asked me a few questions and approximately 90 minutes. She was at my house and I was signing a contract for monthly service and not only that, she sprayed inside and outside. I highly recommend her (Erin Brugler) 480-528-9894. I have been using this company for many years even before Schendel when it was Ahwatukee Pest Control. I have had issues over the years with constantly receiving different technicians but I worked with Valerie in the office and they were resolved. My current technician left the company recently and 1 month ago I had a new technician and I agreed he would service my account. On Saturday I was given a different technician. I call the office today to speak with Valerie and the person I spoke with said she did not work there and he did not know her. He told me I could not have the technician I had

I have been with this company prior to Schendl, My service person, Bo, was great, but the customer call in is terrible. I needed to contact Bo to come and spray for ants, and the answering service is the worst. They never called back and I called three times and left my number. I finally received a bill today saying that my old credit card had expired and called the 800 number and behold I finally got ahold of someone. I indicated that I had called 3 times before and the rep said that they had try to call me back with an old number. All the messages I left using the correct number were NEVER

I've used Schendel for the past several years since they acquired a local company with which I was dealing. Until this year things have been satisfactory but something has happened. Two weeks ago I scheduled my yearly inspection for Tuesday July 20th between 1:00 and 3:00 pm.. I called to see if I could get a more precise time and was told the rep would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. When no one had arrived by 3:00 pm I called again and was told no one would be out as the Gilbert branch was already closed even though the website shows they are open until 5:00pm. We switched to these guys when I had spoken to one of their reps. The initial relationship was great and then after April of this year they have fallen off the face of the Earth. We are paying for an every other month service but we haven't seen them since April. Currently we have roaches that have come inside the house, ants everywhere and bugs in our trees. Unfortunately we cannot get anyone from Schendel to come help. What is the point in paying for pest control services if your pest control company doesn't respond when you need them? This company is the best value for the money. There are cheaper options out there but I haven’t found any who can deliver the same quality of service and professionalism. We used to have a family owned company and they would charge us for visits and never show up. Then they went out of business and our warranty went with them. Schendel has taken good care of me since day one and they even helped with financing the new termite agreement.

Schendel pest services didn't work for my family. We used them for over a year. They were never able to control our scorpion problem. After I was stung we cancelled the service. The company we replaced them with fixed the problem with one service. Schendel tried to bill me for the next quarter of service even after I cancelled. I feel fortunate that I was stung and not one of my young children.

I started with first and last pest control in 1981 ... when I moved from Peoria ,az to Gilbert, az I stayed with them stayed with them ... this company changed hands several times and I remained faithful ... now the Gilbert house has been sold and they want A $75 fee to stay my pest control company... moving only 12 miles away ...

I have written several reviews of businesses in my home town. This is the first one about a company that does business in Payson, AZ. I had a mouse in a house I was renting. They did little to nothing to resolve the problem. I would say there was about 5 min. of work and they didn't return to check on anything until their was a complaint and bill two months later. We told them that we didn't want anymore of their business. Then, because they bought out the previous company that sprayed for pests for three houses we have, they decided to spray two of the houses. We had no contract

Really have been pleased with Schendel Pest Services. My landlord used them when i was renting, and when i purchased my own place, it was an easy and seamless transition to start my own account at the new place. The office personnel are friendly and if there are any errors it is easy to talk to a live person and its handled quickly and efficiently. My tech Carlos has been wonderful too and always on time within the scheduled window. Would recommend to others.

This guy knocked on the door from this company. He insisted that he speak to "Rick Robinson". . . I told him about 20 times that no Rick Robinson lives here and he kept on about it. I finally had to slam the door in his face. Apparently this company does business out of a crossfit gym also. Either this is a scammer or a process server with a front as a pest control company.

Reliable. Consistent. Quality Service. We've been using Schendel Pest Control for years and have never had a complaint. If you need more pest control, they are willing to accommodate. The techs are easy to talk to and usually the same one comes each month. If you had pests like scorpions or spiders since the last visit, they will take the extra time and necessary measures to remedy the problem. I like how the techs simply ring the door bell to let you know they are here and just get on with it. They are professional and friendly. We don't have a reason to use anyone else.
