Exceptional Customer Service! Starting from the initial call to schedule to the reminder to the arrival to our home. Everyone was very nice, thorough and got the job done. I am dissatisfied with the service and services of this company. They were recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been disappointed since day 1. I’ve had a different guy at each visit. For the exception of one, each exterminator has shown late. One guy showed to the wrong address and then did a rush job once he finally showed . Another guy came by when I wasn’t home and took pics of my garage doors to show proof he showed. I called the office to schedule a follow up for spraying of the rest of my home, I’m still waiting. Keep in mind they’ve already taken the funds out of my account,

Do not sign any contract with them. They came to my house to do roach treatment service but it didn’t work at all, the roach still come back in my house in next 7 days. Even they came back 2 times to retreat but it still happened again. Now i want to cancel their bad service and they forced me to pay 75% balance of 5 times services. Their job did not work out at all and now they ask me to pay for their up coming services . They also dared me to put me in collections. Wow. Be careful folks. This is a cheated company

Ed came to do our house yesterday and did a great job. He was efficient, respectful, asked about problem areas, and set bait appropriately. He verified some details about which product to use, which was a good catch because the admin office had it recorded incorrectly from what we had done during our first extermination. Also, he was just real nice and personable. Overall, quite pleased. The main office's method of scheduling is a bit of a mystery right now to me. My contract had a July spray scheduled, and this was not a quarterly one, but a 30 day follow up to my initial one to break the egg

Green Earth Exterminators has treated my home quarterly for several years. They are easy to schedule and treat you so well. They confirm your appointments and send reminders. And if you need to adjust your appointments they are very helpful. The technicians are polite and professional. They are happy to answer questions about the service and local critters. This month, for the first time, I needed service in between the regular appointments and they did not charge me at all!
