Michael was incredible to work with, and our floors look amazing. No dust, hardly any odor, and the job was finished in a timely manner that worked around our schedule. We absolutely recommend Element Hardwood Flooring and are beyond happy with the results and the great service that we received from start to finish.
Over time, the finish on your hard wood floor wears down and becomes thin. You will be able to tell the finish is wearing out when your floor is no longer shiny, and when there are many visible scratches on the wood itself. When it's time to refinish your hardwood floor, we will be happy to help. When we refinish your floors, we'll start with sanding it down to remove any remaining finish on the floor.

Michael fit me into their schedule for a last minute hardwood floor finishing job. He worked with me through a few hiccups on the first day (completely my fault), and was able to finish our floors in time for us to stay on schedule moving into the home. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. The floors look amazing and Michael was great to work with.

We had a great experience with Element Flooring. Nothing is ever “perfect” with a big project and we had challenges. Not even a month after install and floors are already cracking. This is a NIGHTMARE. They also scratch and dent unbelievably easily. I am so upset I got ripped off and didn’t read the other reviews. Absolutely ridiculous hiring a third party to install and getting cheap material that is advertised as the “best of the best”. There are literally SHARP GAPS in every room of my house!!!!! Yes— sharp and gaps!!!! In my brand new floor!!!! This is literally just a nightmare. Find someone else to do your floors!!!

I'm a little late with my review, but I'd be lying if I said that wasn't purposeful. I wanted to give the floor time to see how everything held up. Overall, we are more than satisfied with the job that Micheal did. The floor looks tremendous, you can't see any sanding marks at all, anywhere. The stain came out gorgeous, and the high traffic poly has been an excellent addition. We got along with Michael, and found him to be very personable, and easy to get a hold of. I have recommended him to several of my clients, and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Almost assaulted by an employee pushing a refrigerator into me that he refused to move despite it being on wheels. Always missing deadlines. Michael is extremely arrogant. And 6 months later the floors are coming up at the joints because the finish wasn’t applied correctly. Now he won’t respond to our request to fix it. Huge expense. Horrible company.

We hired Element flooring for our home renovation where we were combining two types of hardwood. Mike and Matt were helpful, positive and gave us options to tackle a tricky job.
