For almost 15 years, Todd has worked in the hard wood floor industry to provide his customers with the best in quality and in service.
There are two steps to begin the floor selection process: 1) an in-home evaluation and measurement and 2) a visit to our showroom. Both steps are equally important but the order in which you perform them depends on your personal preference. If you choose to visit our showroom first, you may view our wood samples, discuss which options you may be interested in and then take a few samples back to your home for consideration.
What is best way to decide which type of hardwood is right for me? The first aspect to consider is the surface or area where you will be installing the wood floor. For example, a basement level versus a main floor, a concrete surface versus plywood, or low-traffic versus high-traffic areas all require different considerations.

We called Siena Wood Floors because we used Bona Floor Polish on our 16-year-old oak floors in the kitchen and ruined the finish. We also had some imperfections on the wood floors leading from the upper deck to the bedroom. Mark came over to inspect our kitchen floor and the imperfections on the hallway flooring. He literally was on his hands and knees sanding away, checking the finish, etc. We were absolutely overjoyed at the finish once Mark was done. He was very caring, wore a mask the entire time he was working, called to let us know he was on his way, and was very knowledgeable about flooring

Between Travis, Mark and Marci you couldn't ask for a better team! They were all very responsive and Mark the installer called me each day when he was on his way to Cheyenne so I could make sure I was home. Mark did excellent work and cleaned up after himself which is a first for us!

Sienna Floor did an outstanding job on my floors.
The project was to replace the carpet from the living room with hardwood and make a seamless transition between the living room and kitchen.
Note that the kitchen hardwood floors is about 20 years old.
The project was initially botched by a previous contractor.
Sienna Floor specialist measured and provided estimates.
Sienna fixed the previous job, sand and stained the floors, no one can tell there is a 20 years difference between the floors.
The final work was breaktaking.
Sienna provided me stress free experience.

Not only did they fit us in immediately, but they did a beautiful job sanding and refinishing the floors! It looks great & they were so easy and accommodating to work with! We contracted with Siena to remove and put in approximately 1800 square feet of wood floor. The removal crew chipped the slate entry tile in several spots. The two primary installers did a good job, but in the afternoon 2 to 4 additional workers would show up to help. They installed a little different than the two primary installers. But what really surprised me was when I received my final bill via email and no one from management ever showed up on the job during installation, never looked at the final job when it was completed, and never asked me if I was happy with the job. This was contrary

The absolute Best!!! I had no doubt that they floors would look great, but I had no idea just how beautiful they would be. I keep staring at them and cannot believe they are in my home!
The crew was so efficient and professional. It was such a relief to be able to count on everything going as planned and to be done when expected. We were able to see the progress each day-it was really impressive the amount of work they were able to get done each day.
I would recommend Sienna to anyone! The entire process was seamless and the end product exceeding all my expectations.

We stopped in a couple of weeks ago to look at wood flooring and was pleasantly surprised and found exactly what we wanted. I asked for an email of the breakdown to be sent to me so I could get that to our contractor and waited. I then called to follow up for the email and after a call back, I am still waiting. As of today, I do not have what I need and have called The Masters Craft store in Denver and ordered it today - for less! I had high hopes for Siena Wood Floors but I couldn't do business with them.
