Very Professional, and fast. Jay was great, his crews were fast & did a clean job, no problems, even the inspector likes his work. Also he told me the roof would be cooler, and actually I've monitored the interior temp of my home for years looking for ways to keep it cooler, and luckily we've had enough warm weather I have seen a 2-5 degree drop in interior temp due to the cooler shingles. Also had the best prices, and I got several bids. Great Job

I live in a 500+ Owner owned Modular Home unit and Jays Roofing has been a staple to my multiple neighbors and myself. His timely completion of the job was most appreciated and the ease of dealing with him is a rare element in today's contractor climate.

I wanted to get our house re-roofed prior to getting solar installed and I got half a dozen quotes. Not only was Jay's roofing one of the lowest quotes around, but they didn't try to make the existing damage worse that it actually was (no upselling was a huge plus for me). Jay, the owner, is honest and reliable. His crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up extremely well every single day. I found Jay’s Roofing through reviews on our community Next door app. Before calling Jay, I researched other reviews online and they were excellent. Now, I know why. It can sometimes be difficult to efind reliable contractors, but Jay is professional, he returns calls, arrives when he says he will, provides a written proposal (which was very fair), his crew showed up early, they were polite, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job on our tile roof and fascia repairs. You can’t go wrong with this company!

We had a great experience with Jay's Roofing! His team were all friendly, on time and so tidy! the demo makes a mess, and you would never know they were here! They were quick, did great work and had goodpricing!
The roof on our house was at the end of a long remodel. After dealing with contractors who were not as professional as you would want, Jay was a welcome change! I would happily recommend them to anyone!

We were amazed with the quality of service.
The team that took down and put up our roof were professional at all times. Always on time, always considerate of our property, and always cleaned up after each stage of the roofing process. Everyone knew their job, and what needed to be accomplished and when.

We just had some roof repairs done by Jay's Roofing and they were excellent. Great pricing, showed up exactly when they said the would and were done super quick.
We had a rather small area that needed repairs, but they inspected the entire roof, repaired a few damaged spots, and charged exactly what was originally agreed upon. They were very professional. I highly recommend them!

Jay and his workers do excellent work and reasonable honest price. Found him working on my neighbor's home observed his professional workmanship. Have used him 3 times last fall 2017. Will never use anyone else. He's fixed few broken tiles first time...came during rain fix one edge roof tile. This fall Jay and his nice crew fixed three areas of my roof including a leak next to my skylight perfect now. Jay is extremely knowledgeable with decades in the roofing business and reasonable honest. Never want use any company but this roofing company because trustworthy. As a single women I feel

Jay's Roofing replaced a cracked skylight on my home. The job was done very quickly in less than half an hour. This replacement was done many months ago and so far there has been no issues with the quality of work done. Pricing was comparable to estimates offered by another roofing company, but Jay's actually arrived in a timely manner with no fuss to get the job done. Thank you.

I had Jay's roofing come out to repair some broken tiles I had due to termite tenting. He was fair in pricing and got the work done right as a slight drizzle came down (I was lucky that day).
A week later I noticed in one of my upstairs bedrooms there happened to be a discoloration in the ceiling. Jay came back out, took a look and diagnosed the problem. Gave me a fair quote- and got the work done quickly. Jay also advised me of a problem area to which I said I would hold off on.
Months later, another spout of rain- and rain now made it into my house.
