I hired Vasa for a bathroom remodel. Essentially taking a bathroom down to the bare walls and replacing all fixtures, adding in all-tile shower, heated tile floor etc. The cost for the bathroom was consistent to slightly lower than the other estimates I received (so pretty reasonable). The team was hard-working, pleasant, and thorough. They took the time to get things right and turned out beautiful work. I also found them responsive and communicative. Only caveat is to allow for extra time for major renovations as we experienced delays related to delivery of materials (but this was not Vasa Construction

Vasa Construction came through for us when others could not. We had originally planned on using a different contractor for our kitchen remodel. They fell through and could not do the work at the last minute. We called Vasa Construction on a Saturday morning, one hour later, Alfredo (the owner) showed up to our house about 2 hours later.
He took almost two hours listening to what we'd like to do, what materials we had, what our timeline was, etc. We went line by line for what we wanted done, and Alfredo made suggestions to save us money and time, while not sacrificing quality. After the meeting

I have worked with Vasa construction (Alfredo) over a couple of projects and talk about empty promises and no professionalism. Alfredo talks really good game in the presenting himself as a well established contractor. There as been delays, messes and stranded jobs. Every time there is a mistake there is an apologize but no real improvement, he just says whatever to get you off his back. I am a believer of people making mistakes but hiring this company will be the nightmare story that everyone fears.

Alfredo was referred to me by my childhood friend of 25+ years. We purchased two properties from June - September. With one of our properties, his team did a spectacular job on the backsplash! The backsplash we wanted was a bit challenging to install since it was glass but they did an awesome job! Alfredo is proactive and hardworking.
With that said, when we had to move quickly to the other properties we bought, I text him if their company service hauling/moving; he immediately let us know that he can help us quickly move! He coordinated everything with me. The move was pleasant and smooth.

Last year, we had bought a new house and needed the carport turned into a garage, with an expansive overhead storage loft. But we were in a hurry to have the work done before moving in. Another highly rated contractor recommended Vasa Construction.
On the day they started, I stopped by the house after work to see the progress, and was stunned: in one day they'd enclosed the carport, had the loft built out, and had the garage door hung.

I love my new bathroom! We were really stuck this summer when unexpectedly we were unable to complete the remodel on our own. We’d done the demo and a little bit of the carpentry, but we were basically living with a giant hole in the house.
I know it’s more difficult to come in part way through the project than it is to do it from start to finish.
Alfredo and his team of craftsmen were able to come to the rescue quickly, for a very good price.

I am grateful to have Alfredo as our contractor. I first hired him to paint our house and it turned out great, house looks brand new.. I then had him install outdoor house lights which required some custom work in order to make them fit properly. Again, he did a great job, looks fantastic, even better than I expected, and at a fair price. If you don’t have a lot of time to shop around looking for pros to help with projects on your home, then save yourself some time and give Alfredo a call.
