I had a bad experience with End of the Roll in Burlington, Ontario. The carpet installer was rude and unprofessional. He refused to wear a mask and also refused to remove closet doors to prep for carpet installation. This work was indicated in the contract and I was charged for it. However, I had to do the work myself. The quality of workmanship was poor but, more importantly, the disrespect I was shown was totally uncalled for. No one has offered an apology or refund. Beware this outlet. This conduct has also reveled poor communication and teamwork at this location.

We received excellent service at End Of The Roll. All the sales associates were friendly and pleasant.Impressive inventory and selection in the store. Very well run business. Our sales rep Ani is excellent. Ani listened to us and we didn't feel pressured. Ani paid attention to detail and the whole process of purchasing our area rug from start to finish was very professional.

I would strongly recommend End of the Roll Burlington. They have always been very professional and extremely helpful with my flooring. I had selected a new floating floor that they just started carrying. The installation was great but over the next couple of days I noticed that some of the tiles had flaws that would effect the wear of the floor. Raj was so nice, he came over to have a look and agreed that it was a warranty issue. He got me a new box of product and the installers came out and replaced the tiles. They practically had to lift the whole floor but they replaced them and the floor
