We're an award-winning team of problem solvers who enjoy thinking outside the box, whether it's looking at alternative design solutions or creatively working with a city to receive the permit. Our firm is deeply experienced and sized to be flexible enough to adapt to ever-changing situations. Many of us originate from parts of the world with distinct cultural backgrounds, which enables us to better understand the varied goals of our clients.
It is our privilege and responsibility to guide clients through the complex architectural process from beginning to end. Our collaborative approach leads to more effective decision-making, and as we've found, higher client satisfaction. We believe this is because involved clients feel more connected to the constructed project.
If you would like to create a new residence or improve the quality of your existing one, then most likely yes! Architects are licensed professionals who have undergone years of university degrees and internships, passed a series of rigorous exams in design, site planning, structural systems, and much more.
Choosing to remodel your home now means you can take advantage of very low-interest rates. Home equity loan rates are currently about 5.23%* and home equity lines of credit rates are about 5.39%**. And remember that the interest you pay on home equity loans and home equity lines of credit, or HELOCs, is tax-deductible if the money is used to remodel, repair, or otherwise improve the value of the home that secures the loan.
We have worked with Eisenmann Architecture on 4 projects over 8 years. The scale of projects have ranged from a comprehensive commercial renovation of a historic building (with a particularly challenging planning department process that Eisenmann handled with finesse!) to a simple and modern update of a deck attached to our San Francisco home.

I could not get past the intake as they have a gatekeeper who is very condescending and fairly snooty, and asks a ton of irrelevant questions before giving any useful information about the process. She eventually insisted that I give her a specific ceiling of how much money I can spend, and I felt like it was premature to give her that answer because I needed to hire an architect for a consultation to see the scope of possibilities with my home. Unfortunately, I ended up declining to go further with the conversation because of her attitude, and therefore they have lost a potential client for

Stacy and her team have a great attention to detail and great pride in their work. We hired Stacy and her team to remodel our kitchen as well as some other work to the rest of our apartment.
Her first concern was functionality. She made sure we weren't just thinking about how it would feel to use the space. Thankfully she was thinking about the live-ablility of this new space, because this was the first remodel we had done and I'm sure we wouldn't have thought through the kind of things that Stacy did.
We didn't have a lot of time to meet and talk about the plans, luckily
