These guys are real professionals! I called on very short notice (same day) and Mike went out of his way to put a team together to ensure my move was a success! I can not say enough about his crew; they treated me—my wife AND my belongings with the utmost respect. All furniture was wrapped and strapped and moved with calculated effort—making the move very efficient. they worked great as a team and did not waste any time between loads. I highly recommend Mike; and hopefully, you get to deal Tracey, Brentwood and Josh! Thanks again guys for alleviating the stress of moving day!!!

I am CONVINCED that these 4/5-star reviews are FAKE. It can't just be me and one other person - there is no way.
1. Damaged my 5K couch; when I showed the OWNER the photos of the damage real-time, his response was "you paid 5K for THAT?!"
*NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND PICTURES ATT'D*
2. Destroyed my artwork, which was representative of my grandson; the owner kept my artwork for weeks, promising to have it repaired by a "professional" and when I advised - in advance - that I would not accept a mediocre repair, I was told by the OWNER "what kind of person do you think I am?" the pictures I've included

Had a great experience with our move yesterday. Jarvis, Steve and Larry were a great group of guys who worked really hard while also providing a laugh here and there. They were super careful with our furniture and our home. Even though the move went pretty late into the night and you could tell they were getting tired they still were super careful and professional. Have moved a few times and this by far was my best experience. Will be moving our stuff from storage to our new house in a couple of month and look forward to working with this company again.

New Beginnings Moving and Storage drove a rented U-Haul over our curb, over our sidewalk into the yard where they parked for the next 6 hours blocking the entire sidewalk. Our neighborhood has street parking directly in front of townhomes and there were 5 empty spaces they could have parked in but chose to drive and park in front yard blocking our sidewalk. All of this may have put them 20feet closer to the townhouse they were working to move. We told them not to park on yard but they ignored our request and parked there anyway. I am a returning customer. Mike, the owner, was able to fit me in today for a six hour move. Wesley, one of the longtime movers and a driver, had assisted in moving me before. Him and the other two movers, Tony and Anthony, were very professional.

I were just moved from Charlotte NC to Greenville SC by the kindest, hardest working and detail-oriented crew of movers I have ever worked with (and I’ve done my share of moving, locally and internationally)... Michael and his team were hands-on, efficient, ultra-polite, on time, and most of all, HONEST.
