We really were in a pickle with needing help moving as both my spouse and I were physically incapable of executing our move. We hired ACE and had the owner come pre-examine our home to give us an estimate on cost and duration.
-the movers arrived at 9:30, we were told to expect them around 9
-the lead mover decided to change the estimate on arrival and tell us it would be a multi-day move (we had been told one day would do it). We didn't have another day to add into things
-the owner had said out furniture would be shrink wrapped for protection but they only wrapped a few pieces

We called Ace Movers with very short notice and they not only were able to assist us but did a spectacular job! They came on time, were very efficient and a joy to work with. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed. Nothing was damaged at the drop off. Ace movers was a godsend. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Profession company with Reasonable pricing. The two guys that helped us move really hustled, we’re very polite, I’m respectful with our belongings to make sure they didn’t drop or break anything. I was impressed with their packing skills when packing up the truck. They maneuvered furniture and boxes like Tetris and made everything fit. Great company

I had a great experience with these guys. I always forget how much I hate moving until I start packing those boxes and realize not only do I have to pack them, but lift them, make them fit like playing Tetris in the moving truck, and then unload and unpack. Not really thrilling to say the least.
I called Ace Movers and Gary was so nice, accommodating, and explained all of their insurance/coverage so that I felt secure using them. I received a call the day before to confirm my move time, and the movers called me the day of to let me know they'd be a few minutes late due to traffic on 77-S.

Ace Movers rock!!! I've used them several times for different projects and they are always on time and fast!!! Staff is great and we have never had anything damaged or lost. It is tough to find a moving company that you trust with your valued belongings but trust me when I say these guys are as good as it gets!

Very professional, patient and polite and totally prepared to move my new baby grand piano. It was a challenging move because the piano had to be brought up a flight of stairs that had a sharp turn. They actually did a couple of dry runs to practice their approach to successfully move it before actually bringing it up! Great guys!

I have moved over 11 times and this was the best moving company EVER! Two guys came to my apartment on the 3rd floor and loaded everything up into a truck for me. They did this in less than 3 hours, while doing an amazing job! All of my furniture was wrapped as if brand new and loaded carefully. Nothing was scratched or damaged. They did an amazing job!!!! Lastly, they charged me the amount I was quoted for when I made the arrangements. This company made moving so much easier and less stress than I have ever experienced!

I just have to say what a great experience I had with these guys! I have been in the real estate business for almost 20 years and have dealt with numerous movers over the years good and bad, but these guys beat all expeditions. I hired them to move my elderly father from the Charlotte area to his new home in the mountains of NC. I scheduled the move about 1 month before the move day and got a quote, the charges were exactly as we discussed and the communication from the company was great. We moved on a Monday morning, they confirmed the move on Friday before and even touched base with me again
