Dave and Karen Parsons, working closely with an incredible team, have been building custom homes in the Spokane area for nearly four decades. Each member of the Parsons crew brings an important skillset and a wealth of construction experience. Our abilities shine through in our finished products. Parsons Construction specializes in custom home building and remodels in the greater Spokane area. We approach each project with a unique solution and always encourage new ideas or custom designs. Our team can help with every phase of your project - from an initial estimate, to a finished product. Each build is unique, so our first step is always to hear what's on your mind.
In this meeting we discuss overall desires and establish the contract. We meet either in our office or on the prospective site to survey the area, and establish relationships with other structures. This is a time when customers will share their drawings, sketches, pictures from magazines, and vision.
One of the most effective beginnings is to start with a discussion with bankers and mortgage brokers. You will provide them information they will need to assess your financial situation and thus determine the types of financing that you may qualify for. This will establish your project budget. It is important to shop for your financing to obtain the best fitted package.

Because of a small leak in my shower, the subfloor had rotted to the point where it needed to be replaced. Since the floor was coming out, I decided to remodel parts of the room at the same time.
Parsons Construction came recommended. Cole Parsons and I discussed the project, and he submitted a contract to me for signature. There was no itemization as to the scope of work noted, so we again discussed and agreed to the details. The contract was signed, and the deposit was paid.
A few days into the work, I asked Cole about retiling behind the kitchen stove and a small nook. Cole gave me a reasonable

Parsons did our remodel on our south hill 1915 home. They did an exceptional job updating our home with contemporary finishes while honoring the history of the home and keeping its character. Parsons construction was easy to work with and helped us shape our ideas into reality. We love our remodel and after 7 years it still feels fresh and looks new. I wish I could provide a good review as Parsons came very well recommended... I've been a real estate investor for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this. We just moved here in 2015, and purchased a home on the verge of foreclosure. This just meant there were things that needed to be addressed in addition to the renovations needed to make the property work for our family. I was charged $1500 for Mr Parsons to even take the time to come out to the property and make a quote for projects to be done.
