We replaced old carpet and laminate flooring with new unfinished white oak (3 1/4" wide planks) throughout our home including the staircase but not the bathrooms. We got bids from 5 flooring companies for the work. The Brandsen bid was not the lowest but it was close enough and we went with them because they were highly recommended by a carpenter friend who had worked with them in the past and Paul Brandsen seemed great to work with. Yuriy and Slava did the installing, sanding, sealing, and staining and they were meticulous. The work included leveling the uneven floor in the living area

Brandsen installed a rubber gym floor in my home gym. The quality of work was excellent. The billing and quotes were accurate. It took a bit longer to schedule than I was initially told.

Side note, I think the installer tracked in some grease or stain onto my carpets as after he left we had a stain dot going from the room all the way up the stairs. Shampooed it out of the carpets, but wasn't expecting that.

They accepted payment with checks and would have taken my card with a surcharge for credit.

This is my second time working with Brandsen Hardwood Floors. This time they installed an engineered hardwood floor for the first floor of my townhouse after water damage required demolition and removal of the floor they installed three years ago. While we had a bit of a slow start waiting for the original product to come in from the suppliers, once the new flooring arrived at Brandsen's, the process went smoothly. Paul's calm manner and support helped me be patient; Yuri's thorough and professional work closed the deal.

I LOVE my floors and can hardly keep myself from slide
