Milwaukie Specialty Contracting is a division of Milwaukie Floors & More, headed by Aaron Kangieser. Aaron has over 13 years' experience in the commercial construction industry. Aaron got his start installing commercial security systems. In 2009 he began a sales position in the roofing and waterproofing industry, moving quickly into estimating and project management.

Bill and his team have installed carpet, LVT flooring and backsplash throughout our house. They have done a fantastic job, are responsive to our requests and questions and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kari was instrumental in helping us select flooring and decide colors and styles. Her help was invaluable and we couldn't have done it without her. Many thanks to everyone involved. We just purchased our new kitchen floor here. I was tired of the same old selection at Home Depot and Lowe's. Had a much better selection, and good prices here. They were helpful, generous with us taking many samples home and keep for several days, etc. We came back again to purchase our new family room floor. Good, helpful service. I like giving my business to small, local businesses.
