We agreed on a specific time, date and place for an estimate on replacing around 550 sqft. I even have to leave work early in order to accommodate them. Not only they did not show up but then ghosted me when I tried to reach them via text and phone.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. We pulled up the carpets, removed the tack strips, and needed a gap patched and the floors refinished. We called Leon, and he showed up literally the same day to get the ball rolling.
Leon kept us informed throughout the entire process. We got an estimate on a Monday, and our floors were done on Wednesday evening! I think we had perfect circumstances for the kind of speed, but I was and am thoroughly impressed.
It's been a couple of weeks since the floors were completed, and they look fantastic. The floors are stunning, the patch is gorgeous and seamless

Leon and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing my fir floors. I honestly wasn't sure if they were salvagible and they ended up looking great. They were on time, on budget, and communicated well. Our house was not a simple job. We removed several walls in our house and converted to radiant heat, leaving about a dozen areas that need to be patched. They did fantastic job lacing in the replacement boards and were accommodating about change requests. On top of that, they were by far the lowest bid we received for the work. I highly recommend them for any HW flooring or other remodeling work.
