Wood is beautiful and warm, but if left unprotected, liquids and dirt will ruin the wood. That is why finishes are used. In the freshman years of wood flooring, oils and waxes were used to protect hardwood flooring. The problem with those finishes was that dirt would mix in with the wax/oil and wear down the wood's surface quickly, leaving the only option of stripping the existing finish and applying new coats of the oil/wax.
At Floor Factors, we offer primarily prefinished wood flooring, which eliminates the need for onsite finishing. Most of our hardwood and bamboo planks come in traditional nail/glue installation. We carry a large variety of Oak, Maple, Hickory, Birch Hardwoods as well as more exotic species such as Brazilian Cherry, Mahogany, Hevea and so much more!
Although cork has been used for flooring for over a century, it has gained popularity in recent years as a floor covering choice in both homes and businesses. As many people associate cork with bulletin boards and bottle stoppers, the material is often disregarded for flooring renovation projects. However, cork flooring offers many enticing benefits.
Laminate flooring can provide the look of real wood without needing to be waxed or refinished, making it a great choice for active families or pet owners. It is an eco-friendly material with an outstanding palette of natural wood aesthetics to suit the style of any home or for light uses in a commercial space.

I recently bought a house that was half remodeled. I was told they had "enough boxes of flooring left in the shed" to finish the downstairs carpet removal project. I ended up needed three times as much product (Provenza Moda Living LVT) and these guys really came through for me. Lance placed my order easy peasy. I was hasty in my calculations and decisions and ended up needing to return stair nosings and buy another case which cost me freight. BUT....Matt was able to negotiate lower return freight for me after much hem-haw on my part. Totally a satisfied customer and the floor looks great

Update: they realized and acknowledged that I was frustrated and something got messed up with the scheduling. Our estimator, Oscar, stepped up and came in to start the demo for our project. I don't think this is part of his normal duties but he did it anyway to ensure that i was happy and that my job would be started and completed on schedule and on time.
I appreciate that they acknowledged the scheduling issue and stepped up to get the job done. Lots of time when this happens, companies will try to push the blame somewhere else and then try to reschedule at their convenience.

Just spoke to Matt on the showroom floor over the phone, he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of different flooring and helped me work through a dilemma I was having even though he knew I would probably not be purchasing from there at this time. When I first walked into Floor Factors a blonde girl glued to her computer barely looked my direction then when she finally said hi she lowered her eyes at me like I was interrupting her then went back to her computer... I asked where the marmoleum was located she pointed towards the back and said it was back there. God forbid she get out of her chair. I was then approached by a brunette woman who was very friendly and knowledgeable, later I spoke with a young man who was also very friendly. Overall I liked my experience with FF except the rude blonde girl.

I got excellent help at Floor Factors on multiple days. We are getting carpet for our concrete basement and vinyl planks upstairs. We were doing an entire gutting of our house and are overbudgeted; the floor factors folks did not try to upsell us but calmly walked us through all our options. Fully recommended!

After calling around multiple locations for pricing and leaving multiple messages, Floor factors was the only store to get back to me in a timely manner. When they did get back to me they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to go in person to see flooring samples in their showroom. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. An hour later I walked out a happy customer after placing an order, as they were able to get me the best pricing for the best quality material I was looking for.

I'd invite anyone over to my house to see the brainless work of the "finest wood floors man " in the city. He laid an imperfect board in a high volume pathway... it could have been placed in a bedroom, under a likely bed spot, or in a corner, on the perimeter... so many better places for a piece that is messed up. My socks catch in it when I pass by... not cool, these $22,000 floors are three years old!

Matt and Cam are excellent! Matt took the time to help me find carpet for our den. I was on a budget and was concerned that I was going to have to pay a lot of money to match the carpet in the rest of the house. Matt took the time to walk me through the warehouse and we hunted until we found just the right piece. I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the guys that had taken such an interest in helping was actually the guy who ran the place. Kudos for an excellent job and taking the time to help.

Great, and friendly service! STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL SHOWROOM! newly remodeled... Quality of their products can't be beat. For all of us googlers out there... if you need any type of floor covering or counter tops this is the place. After shopping from big box stores for best price, I was amazed after leaving floor factors with my 415 sq feet of material. In a nutshell, if ya need floor stuff go to floor factors. These guys were great. My wife and I worked with Frank to get new carpet, kitchen counter tops, back-splash, and wood flooring in our new house. We put a lot of faith in Frank and his team with such a heavy investment, and man did they nail it. Our home looks amazing, and they worked their tails off to get everything done in our agreed time frame.

I had a Situation. A mostly destroyed rug (cat pee) and a schedule that left no time to shop for a replacement. The rug cleaner recommended Floor Factors. I hastily bought a remnant and asked that my old rug be cut down to eliminate the bad area so it could be used in another room. Laura was very helpful and pleasant to work with, even through some glitches along the way that were NOT caused by Floor Factors. We were interested in redoing our kitchen floor with one of the new generation linoleum products and a neighbor recommended that we look at Floor Factors. We found that they have an impressive range of flooring options including a Marmoleum product that met our needs. Within a few days an estimator visited our condo, measured and generated an estimate. The flooring arrived within a few weeks and it was time for installation. The pleasant and professional installers prepped the area one day and installed the next. I've finally reached the age where I would much rather pay a fair price for quality items versus buying the cheaper stuff at the Big Box stores. My father-in-law turned me on to Floor Factors and I will be buying tile and flooring here from now on.
They have a good selection of quality products and knowledgeable staff. What about the quality, you ask? Well, they have tile that actually is dyed through the entire tile, versus just on the top layer, so even a ding in the tile won't ruin it. They also have high quality pre-mix adhesive and sealant...unlike those other stores.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and chose floor factors for our tile and fiber flooring. After doing tons of research I found they were the most inexpensive and had a great selection. I must have gone in that store 50 times for samples to take home and not once did anyone get annoyed with me. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend using floor factors next time you remodel.
