The two men sent to do my floors are outstanding!
The one who speaks Russian mostly took out the old floor to the subfloor and put the hardwood floor down, sanded it and stained and sealed it. The other man, Rowen, speaks both Russian and English. He was very helpful, kind and informative. I highly recommend this company. They matched my existing hardwood floors beautifully! I am so happy with their work!

I worked with Seth to get vinyl flooring for my reno at my current house a year ago. Seth is very amazing, with great patience, people skills and wisdom with flooring! I did not get pressured at all and he was very chill. I had lots of questions and I ended up getting the Evoke Spark Becky Oak. It was on the cheaper side which is what I was willing to pay for. For $700 sq feet I paid 1684 ish. I had to pick it up because I live in Tillamook. They removed and replaced the carpet in an apartment. The work was professional, they arrived on time and were done quickly, even left me a couple of cute little circular pieces of carpet as doormats.
It seemed really expensive to me, $500 minimum for the labor, so the labor was half the cost and the whole job was almost $1000 for only 250 or so square feet. But I don't know what this stuff is supposed to cost these days and I didn't have time to hassle with multiple bids. This is why only 4 stars though.

After checking out 6 different flooring stores, we bought over 2000 sq ft of Lauzon better select hardwood floor from Simple Floors. The price was very competitive, and the service was great. We worked with John Roberts, and John kept us informed timely of the delivery date and changes. John was attentive and responded expeditiously to our emails and phone calls. These guys did an amazing job and matched our original pine hardwood to the ones they laid down it was super labor intensive and we priced shopped these guys had same pricing as others but I really felt Roman knew what he was talking about and his advice on our floors is what won us over. Would definitely hire them again.

We worked with John Roberts. We had never done a project like this before, and he walked us through the whole process. Carl did the measurements and was friendly and COVID safe, and Ivan and his team were so quick and professional we couldn't believe how well it went. We were looking to replace the flooring in our new home and called around town and eventually landed on Simple Floors. We went in and chose a Engineered Hardwood and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had their subcontractor come out and measure our home for the estimate. He was quick and also very nice. He said he would give us the estimate that evening and we should expect it then.
The next day, we haven't received anything at all so I call Simple Floors and speak to the staff there and they mention

The flooring company itself was great, I was an easy customer. Came in late on Monday May 11, selected an engineered hard wood about 40 min later. Was told it would arrive at my home the following Wednesday. Most of it did. But buyer: beware of the supplier you get, here is where the problem started. (As reference, I ordered from the Monarch line).
My order was missing a crucial stair nose plank, and I'm stuck with a partially finished floor. It will end up delaying this project about 12-14 days, as I'm re-arranging labor, and tools, etc.

Hi there -- Roman's team from Simple Floors Portland refinished two rooms and a hallway for us. They are lovely, just lovely. The red and white oak are smooth, shining, and well-sealed.
Not only that, but Roman was friendly and professional the entire time, letting us know exactly what he was doing, how long it would take, and what to expect in terms of time we can't walk on the floors. (Socks tomorrow!)
In other news, the expense was about $900 less than what we had been told to expect for good work of this kind in Portland. So go, team! We'll definitely be working with them again

Working with Simple Floors is fantastic! We purchased a house from a distance, and worked with them on (1) wood floor on the main level and (2) carpet in the bedrooms. Both products they helped us choose are amazing. We matched existing wood floor, and the team was spot on. For the new carpet, they got us the BEST carpet at a phenomenal price. I am so impressed with Simple Floors. After getting 4 different bids, I was getting discouraged. Ivan came out and was extremely professional and was able to work around our schedule since we were going to be on vacation. Roman came out and did a sample and helped me decide on my color. Had two carpets replaced in a new home by Simple Floors and will be looking elsewhere for additional rooms due to customer service issues. Pleased with the end product but installation was pushed back; we were called the night before our installation was scheduled to be told that they'd be pushing us back a week! Utterly unacceptable and after my spouse had taken the day off of work. After 5PM and AFTER confirming the appointment window is absurdly short notice.
