Bach Custom Coatings was founded on a very simple philosophy: "Provide the highest quality products available, and strive to exceed the client's expectations." Unlike other companies out there, we work exclusively on concrete floors. We do not do cabinet installations nor do we paint houses to supplement our business.
Jeff and the team were easy to work with, came on time, completed the work in a timely fashion and left the place clean. Jeff is one of the most professional and friendly contractors i have ever worked with and i have worked with many while restoring/renovating our 100+ year old house. Decorative concrete coatings in the residential environment are one of the most popular home improvement projects these days. From garage floors to basements, beautifying these dull concrete slabs has never been more popular. Had Bach grind and coat a finished basement floor. I removed a heap of despicable Home Depot tile and cat soiled carpet. They came in with grinders and flash patch and took it all down to clean flat concrete. We were originally planning on linoleum but the satin epoxy on concrete looks great. Easy to clean and hard to damage. Perfectly prepped for linoleum if we decide to do it in the future. The whole process was cheaper than just the material cost for decent linoleum.

I had Bach Custom Coatings refinish the concrete slab floor in a large shop. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were responsive: called back when they said they would, showed up on time, finished in the time they said. They were just really polished and professional. Estimator was really informative about the pros and cons of each type of coating system. The chip floor looks great and will be much cleaner. They filled all the cracks and leveled it, working around some tricky issues. I'd call them again without reservation. Couldn't be happier.

Jeff and his team provide exceptional customer service before and after the transaction. Yes, even though Bach was paid in full, they came back to do a little touch up on our floor - we felt they took great care of us and provided a great looking and durable floor in our garage. I really liked their showroom - seeing the color options on a floor and understanding their state of the art process they use was a key reason we went with Bach - it doesn't hurt that their google reviews are all 5's also :) We live in a new development and will be passing their name on to our neighbors.

My wife and I are very happy with the custom epoxy job that Bach Custom Coatings completed on our four car garage floor! I had originally decided to lay put down a Rustoleum epoxy on our garage floor however it didn't turn out how we had hoped so we had a quote completed to redo the flooring by Bach. After receiving the quote we went with different shades of gray flakes with a polyspartic top coat and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Bach removed the existing stained concrete skim-coat from the floor in our basement and installed their granite flake system using the polyaspartic primer and topcoat. We are happy with the finished product and appreciate the "finished" appearance it provides. In the course of our project, we interacted with seven people in the organization, and all of them were professional and courteous in our interactions with them. Matthew and another gentleman did wonderful work installing a new floor coating over the bare cement in my garage. They started by neatly zip-tying all cables to the wall to keep them out of the way, and then diamond-grinding the existing floor to remove paint and smooth out blemishes (mine had quite a bit). They then applied the coating, granite flake for color/texture, and polyaspartic topcoat to the floor, stem wall, and steps leading into the house.
The finished product came out looking sharp. There are clean lines where the coating comes into contact with some immovable items that are attached
