Yala... what more can I say a great experience worked to get what I wanted and work with me check them out

I've had the Dodge Dart that I drove up from Chesterfield to purchase from Apple Auto Sales for about a month now so it is a good time to do my review. The purchase process was good. My issues didn't present until after the sale.
Week 1; the car had to go to our mechanic for a repair and some checks.
1. The repair was the reverse lockout repair (6 speed manual drive). The reverse lockout cable popped on the first night; actually within an hour of getting home. We were basically rolling out of the driveway or pulling through parking spaces until we got the car to our mechanic.

I’m a little late writing this BUT, great dealership, professional, and honest. Everyone at Apple Auto Sales is so kind and do their best to help you out. They got us great rate way better then our own bank. We had a phenomenal experience with this dealership the first time when we bought our first car and now this beautiful Audi that we fall in love with. Highly recommend them to everyone..

Owner & customer service are incredibly rude if you contact them after buying a car. Look at their replies to some other 1 star reviews. They accept zero responsibility for selling you a car that needed new parts before leaving the lot & there’s no professionalism. Customer service will not hesitate to swear and call clients names. Goofy af don’t buy a car here they’re unreliable, arrogant, and so so rude.

I started my journey for a new car over a month ago. Most of the dealers I visited either had a bad attitude or they did not have the customer service that I expect from a car dealership. I found Apple Auto Sales to be on point. When I called the dealership, this bubbly young lady named Yala answered the phone. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Mr. Ahmed is the man who worked the magic. He gave me a great deal for my Mercedes and 90 minutes later, I was driving off the lot in my 2008 BMW 7 series. This by far the best dealership around was a wonderful experience be they care and they catered to my needs. The car was an amazing purchase on the fact to have your mechanic look at it and he said I found gold for that price just brought it too a calm.

I waited 30 days after I purchased the car to give an accurate review. This dealership's owner is not reputable, and will tell you anything to get you into one of his cars. On the test drive, the gas tank is as close to E as it can get, so you don't drive the car very far. How can you get an accurate feel when you can only go 2 miles away?
Asked him several questions about some minor things I saw, and he gave me a reassurance that the car would be up to car on pickup day. I scheduled to pick up the car on July 4th, and he made it seem like he wasn't open but would do so to handle my purchase.

The car I bought here has been great! I purchased it about 3 months ago for my 16 y.o. son as his first car. We have had no problems, but I decided to keep it for myself and have my son drive my old car LOL. Apple Auto gave me a great deal on an 8 year old car that still has a lot of life left in it. The car was immaculately detailed and looked and smelled new inside and out. I plan on buying my next car from Apple :)

I give this business 5 stars because I know that he genuinely tries to purchase the best vehicles. He doesn't seek out the cheapest cars at the auction to repair and fix. He looks for cars that are in excellent condition to begin with. I did a few repairs on cars he had gotten handed a bad deal on. While I was at his place I realized that all his cars were very nice to begin with. Finding a good dealer is hard. Dealers have an uphill battle with customers because there are so many that just patch a car and send it out. I truly believe this man wants to provide the best vehicle possible to his customers
