I brought my brand new 2021 TRD Pro Tundra in for it's first oil change and shortly after my check engine light came. The truck's engine was idling roughly and began ticking. I turned motor off and checked oil only to find no oil registering on the dip stick. i was informed by the dealership that my truck was missing 5 quarts of oil. Assistant Service Manager Mike McClung stated that the Toyota technician neglected to tighten the drain plug. The check engine light has come on twice now since being assured that no damage was done. The last time on Christmas night! Just discovered damage to the front

When I first arrived there was one car waiting and another car came after I was waiting for 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. When I attempted to walk to the door to tell one of the many people at their desks talking to each other I was told by one of the employees to wit by my car someone would be with me. This was was by far the worst experience I have had here. There was no pressing matter clearly from all the conversation and laughing that was taking place inside. We should never have been left there for over 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement

I called to get my 2005 Tacoma in for service as my low beam lights were not working. The person I talked with in the service department said bring it in right now and they could look at the truck. I got to Sheehy and ended up talking with Edwin who said normally you have to have an appointment. After much discussion he agreed to have the truck looked at and it should be no more than a couple of hours. 2 hours later a different service advisor talked with me and stated I needed both new low beams and fog lights and it should be $200 to $250. After 3.5 hours of waiting my truck was finally done
