We bought a 2016 Ford F150 Limited through Manheim VA. Not once it was disclosed that this pick up truck had a broken sunroof and running boards that don't work. Not only that, this is not covered through arbitration as it's older than 4 years and Manheim had reached Carex and they said that they wouldn't do anything in regards to this matter because it was supposedly only blown fuses, when it's not and it shows that they knew about this problem and had never come clean about it. The sunroof has to be fully replaced and the running boards have to go through thorough electrical repair. This is dishonest

My experience with Carex has been amazing the last 10 years, as my family has purchased 2 cars from them. The customer service we have received is always stellar and their attention to details and listening to our wishlist for our first purchase (BMW sedan) and second purchase (BMW Suv) have both been very high quality extremely low maintenance vehicles which both my wife and I are still driving. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality vehicle that is very reasonably priced paired with 5 star service! We will definitely see them whenever we purchase our next vehicle.

Omar was really helpful and patient with all of my questions and times when I went back and forth on making a decision. He went the extra mile to send me pictures and measurements that I asked for since I was traveling quite a ways to look at the car. The car buying process was easy, and I'm really happy with my new-to-me Prius v!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We bought the car and within two days the check engine light came on. We ended up having to get it fixed 4 times so far in the very little time we have had it.
When we test drove it before buying it, we asked Omar why the car was shaking like it was, and he chalked it up to “Well it’s been sitting in my lot for 25 days.” Sure. Don’t buy a car here unless you want to fix it immediately after buying it.
