Rick came to my house about 3 hours after calling him. My furnace had been out for a few days and we were having to run the oven to heat the upstairs. He was very courteous, professional and had the problem fixed withing a short time. He did not charge what I thought the repair would cost. I'm going to use this company in the future. Turns out a few of my neighbors use his as well. Great Service!

Rick's team put a hot water heater in for us as well as moved the AC line set. They were punctual and professional. They also installed an extra bypass for our water softener at no additional cost which was above our expectations. We highly recommend them if you need quality work done!

Family owned in the heart of Loveland. A no BS business that gets the job done at a reasonable price. Doesn’t try to up sell you and will take the time to teach you about what and why they do what they do. Couldn’t have been more happy to find my HVAC company to trust for our future needs. Our unit has some unique challenges, but the crew at Rick Ogden was up for it with no issues to remedy the outage at a reasonable price and prompt service.

Darrin came out this morning, right on time and prepared to resolve our concern. 1st time home owners wanting to ensure our ac was ready for summer. Darrin tested everything, located the issue and gave us clear advice on how to resolve the issue. The fix was simple but we didn't know. We have been utilizing them for our heating & Cooling needs for over 3 years (maintenance checks and repairs), and value their knowledge, kindness, and honesty. Look no further, family owned and operated. They were at my house in 10 minutes after calling. Darrin was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer any questions and truck came fully equipped. There isn't many HVAC places around working on oil heat any more these guys are the best and pricing was under the competition. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
