Professional person on the line when i scheduled the appt. technician was friendly and professional. their rates were reasonable and my problem was solved in about an hour or less :) since i've had a great experience, they will be my "go to" company for all of our heating and a/c needs in the future. I'm glad i discovered a company that i believe that i can trust that is reasonably priced as well!

Josh arrived at our house, and diligently worked to get our ac up and running. Before long we could feel the cool air coming from the vents ! Hallelujah!! The house was at 81 and very humid, so we are very thankful for his hard work. Polite, hardworking, he deserves some praise for his good work ethics..this was our first time using Mason Heating and Air, so think we have found our new go-to company for this type service. (Office phone staff were also pleasant and helpful)

This company was great. Hassan came out to look at the system and provide quote. Helped talk me through the issues and prices. Scheduled the installation next day. Gage and Nick were the installers and did a great job. Gage kept me informed through out the process and updated me on time frame. Afterwards walked through the system and new thermostat. They answered all questions and were very helpful. The company called a few days later to ask about the experience and to have a person come out to inspect the work to make sure everything is good

Five Star offered me a furnace at a price 30% lower than the nearest competitors and the job was done perfectly. JP and Josh were very professional, friendly and responsible. Due to the odd configurations of the old furnace, they spent seven hours installing the new system, correcting mistakes, and adding new components, without additional charges.
