We had a huge hornet infestation in the backyard. The entire process was simple and they explained everything up front. It took about 5-6 days to take effect, but the hornets are gone. I've been using Jay's pest exclusion service for several years to keep my four unit Victorian in the City pest free. If you know anything about these old buildings, you know how hard it can be to exclude varmints. Jay's done a superb job. Not one tenant complaint, and I have seen so much as a baby mouse. And he does it all without nasty chemicals. He's also a really nice guy.

We used Eastern Termite & Pest Control last week and they were right on time, really friendly and came back on time. The price is really fare and they caught 2 gophers on the first try (they had been avoiding our traps for months)! I will definitely use them again. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable!
