Great termite company to say the least. Honestly, I used my former termite company, but they were double what Anteater was charging. I found Anteater Termite via Yelp. I got quotes from 3 different termite companies and found Anteater to be the most helpful. They also beat out the others in price as well. Kelly is great with communication. We had a tricky situation with the termites and everyone I encountered at Anteater Termite was so helpful, professional, and friendly - I cannot recommend them enough! Especially Hailey at the office was super responsive, helpful, and accommodating with our complex situation.

We had inspections done with them and it was clear fumigation was the best option, so we scheduled a tenting through Anteater with Trigueros Fumigation and the fumigation team was also exceptional, friendly, and professional.

Exceptional. They came highly recommended by a friend and I was just so impressed. Inspector who came out for a free estimate did an extremely thorough inspection. While the inspector for a competitor just eyeballed obvious damage in the ceiling and then went around measuring the size of the house for purposes of a quote, Anteater's inspector surveyed every inch of the house, including the attic and the crawl space. From the minute I met Bryan, what a nice guy, and his inspection was very very thorough.
He checked everything, and that impressed me. His inspection was over 1 hour.
The Fumigation crew was FANTASTIC, and a special THANKS for Senor O.
He removed the two antenna poles, and took special care with all the antenna cables coming across the roof when they tented the house.
The wood repair crew was great, and their work was also GREAT. I am very happy with the results.

I do not know how this company has such high reviews. I'm hoping that our experience was an outlier. Severe miscommunications and the pricing for work completed lead me to be shocked by all of these glowing reviews. Since Anteater carried out 3 different services for us I've broken them down below. It's long, but I encourage you to read if you're considering using this company.

Fumigation (tenting) - The only reason this is a 2 star review. This third party company was FANTASTIC. They arrived on time, removed the tent when they said they would and were extremely communicative

I'm leaving this review for Anteater based on their response time, professionalism and customer service. We needed to close on a house ASAP and Anteater was able to meet all of our needs on a very short timeframe, was super responsive and helpful throughout the process, and even showed up early to the initial inspection.

My biggest concern is alway being taken advantage of by a mechanic, a contractor or a vet. We had floor damage and assumed that we had termites. The Anteater tech came out and did a thorough inspection including climbing into the attic. At the end of the inspection he said that we did not have termites and did not need his services. Nice surprise to trust someone in this current world we live in!

This company really stood out for its customer services. Kelly in the office was so friendly and informative. Sam who came by for the inspection was very professional and thorough. They were able to schedule a fumigation service very soon and their price was very competitive. Kelly even called me to double check if there's food in the house because Sam saw the fridge in our still vacant house. It's such a contrast to other companies I called. Inspection and fumigation both went smoothly and completed without any issues. The crew showed up on time and were thorough.

I was particularly nervous about my roof tiles cracking during the tenting process but they were careful and ended up not cracking or damaging any tiles. They cleaned up well after fumigation and left the house in the same condition it was in prior.

Fumigation was done few months ago and they fixed/repaired all termite damaged woods yesterday
they spent all day fixing/painting and cleaned up afterward.

I love Anteater Termite Company! I am an apartment and property Manager in Hollywood, CA and I was having a great deal of trouble establishing some comprehensive solutions for a wood fence in need of pest repair surrounding our building. After an appointment with inspector Alex Moon, I had "several" options, instead of "one" expensive option that other inspector's had quoted - AND the consultation was "free"!
