Don't trust this guy. He will wheel and deal a good quote then you'll get what you paid for. He's very pushy and a bully. His work is not good. I should have seen the red flag when he came with a old very damaged truck. A quality construction worker has a better presentation and isn't pushy. They don't need to be. I was very disappointed with the work. Plus it would be real nice if he could keep his pants up wo having his rear crack peaking out. Thanks

This company built my condo building a couple of years ago. There is a design issue with a system in the building and frankly speaking, the South Bay Construction engineer I've been trying to get help from has been unhelpful and a bit rude in communication. I see the "South Bay Construction" boards on local buildings under construction, and now I have a negative opinion towards this company.
