Usually, I have no idea how the price will be set - it always seems like someone just makes up a number and holds your stuff hostage. Everyone at Triangle knew exactly how the move would be valued and was willing to talk me through the process. Then, you came in under estimate! That has never happened before.
As a business ourselves, we know how important a move can be for a company and understand the value of getting everything up and running as quickly as possible. We have highly trained packers and movers who will make sure that your files, office equipment, computers and furniture are carefully arranged in boxes, loaded and transported all in a quick and professional manner.

I will try to stick to the facts here.
We moved in 2020 with another company (from DC, wish I could have used them again). In 2020 it took 10.5 man-hours to load AND unload a 26' truck with our stuff (the other company was AMAZING). In 2021 with Triangle Moving Service it took 15 man-hours.
For our 2021 move with Triangle Moving Service, there was supposed to be 3 movers, but only 2 showed up. Needless to say, the price per hour was not 2/3 of the quoted rate, it was 85% of the quoted rate (truck costs, etc.).

This was the most horrible experience of my life! They sent 3 guys to perform the move who were extremely unprofessional and rude!!!. They took 16 hours to perform the move when the estimate given by the appraiser said 9. To make the 16 hours I had to elicit the assistance of friends. To make matters worse I spoke the the owner regarding the perceived shakedown and the owner at that time attempted to hold my furniture hostage. This was by far the WORSE customer service ever. I will not be referring anyone I know to these guys. In addition I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business
