I contacted Lucy 4 days before Christmas after becoming a last minute Christmas Day hostess. I had contacted other companies that told me they were booked through the end of December but Lucy was able to book me a cleaning team for the next day. Marilu and Reina arrived promptly on time the next day. They thoroughly cleaned 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen floor and lots of vacuuming. My house now looks sparkling and ready for Christmas - it is so nice and clean! I will definitely book with Lucy's services again. She and her crew are prompt, thorough and reasonably priced.

We hired Lucy's service for a move-out clean of our apartment (about 1400 sq. ft. of almost completely empty apartment except for one couch and a table). They quoted 45 an hour per person and said two people in about 1.5 hours should be plenty. They then said the estimated cost would be $135-$200. We arranged for them to come the day of our move out and when they arrived they said it would actually be 5+ hours (it took six hours) and we had to pay $540 bucks which is about 3x what they had originally quoted. But since we had no choice and were leaving the next day we were forced to oblige

They charged me $240 for 2 1/2 hours. Their pricing seems to be all over the place and business practices are not fair. They also refused to clean behind the oven and fridge. This was my second and last time using this company because I specifically asked for the best people after having an initial bad experience and this time around was even worse.

Two people took two hours to clean two bathrooms (not well) and dust the ceiling (why???) with a feather duster (that got dust EVERYWHERE). We had major communication issues, as neither of us spoke the other's language at all. Perhaps the owner should facilitate communication at least for the first cleaning session; my piano was damaged during the 'feather dusting' and I was unable to communicate about it, other than getting a shrug from the man. The very first day, Lucy ended up having to change the appointment. Cleaning was very good but every time I scheduled an appointment, something came up, she was running late or had to cancel.
Last straw was when I booked her3 weeks in advance, then she never confirmed and I had to reschedule last minute. Then on the day she was supposed to arrive between 1 and 2, with me advising her that I have to have it done by 5 and she text me that she won't be there until 4. This is the day before my birthday and now my house is not clean and I have Todo it myself.
Very disappointed!

Last month we hired Lucy's Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning. They arrived and spent a long time cleaning and did a great job. We then scheduled them to come back monthly. Today they were supposed to have arrived by 12 noon. At 12:10 they hadn't arrived so my husband called. He was told by Lucy that they were running late and should be there between 12 and 1. Then at 2:15, Lucy called my husband telling that should be arriving by 3. I received a call at 2:35 telling me that her team was running late and she "hoped" they'd be here by 3. First off I will say Lucy and her team are great and worth the money. The team that serviced my move out unit Marilu and Gracielle had my place lookin the best possible for move out considering how dirty and damaged it was to begin with. They were very detailed and got the hardest things to clean pretty much spotless such as the stove, oven and the head unit which you know gets very greasy. The windows and window tracks were cleaner than when I even moved in. They took a late call at 5pm that took around 4.5 hours worth of cleaning. I thought they would be really tired, but they still did it right

This was their first time here, and I had hardwood floors put in a few weeks ago, so there was construction dust everywhere. They were not only polite, methodical, and quality oriented, but even added lovely flourishes throughout the house such as with TP flowers on the rolls and artistically arranged towels.

So.... My cleaners did show up an hour late, however, in my mind, they took extra good care of the house before mine and that means they will do a thorough and amazing job with my home. I'm not going to complain there. If you're planning on writing a review based on timeliness with a cleaning service, don't hire a cleaning service.
My house is SPARKLING! I honestly didn't even know how dirty it was until I came out mid-way and saw all of the grossness. The two ladies did such a great job, my bf and I both walked in to a brand new apartment. I am very happy with their cleaning

Lucy's cleaning service came to our house in November (yes this is a very late post lol)! They charged $180 for 3 hours for 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom and common spaces including the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Overall, they cleaned the main areas fine however, I felt that they missed a lot of spots and didn't take the time w the job.

Lucy has been cleaning my house for years. A friend came over once and was telling me about how he never eats leftovers. After looking at my kitchen and seeing how clean my sink, refrigerator, stove and countertops were, he suddenly said, "I'd eat leftovers here." I have been using Lucy for years. Her staff is kind and courteous and Covid safe. I recommend her for any type of service you have her prices are reasonable and the results are wonderful just look at my sparkling bathroom. Sometimes I'm amazed at how clean they get all of my white surfaces. I usually get them to deep clean my kitchen and bathrooms before the holidays and then again in the spring. But Lucy is the only service I call!

Lucy's crew of two cleaners was scheduled for 11:30-12:00. They arrived around 12:10 and started working at 12:15.
The two ladies are very nice but do not speak English. Most of the communication goes through Lucyvaine via text. The initial quote I received was around $180-$240. The final ended up being closer to $480. They did a good job. However, I want to call out that the house was completely empty.

Secondly, her crew (particularly Reina and Julia) work fast and scratch and break things. When confronted with evidence of breaking something, they will lie to Lucy and she will believe them.
