Victor Overcash, owner of VOHCARR, started in the roofing business working for other roofing companies. Learning the trade through hands-on experience, he paid special attention to the mistakes and often poor results of certain practices in the field. Seeing a need for better roofing services, VOHCARR Construction, LLC was formed with a determination to provide superior customer service with quality craftsmanship.
Over years of exposure to the changes in climate, a roof starts to break down. This can lead to serious and costly damage to areas it was designed to protect. Unfortunately, most homeowners do not become aware of a roof problem until there is a leak and the damage is often more extensive than it needed to be.
A Conklin Metal Restoration (MR) Coating is a multi-faceted system for aging metal roofs. Conklin has the highest yield of solids and is applied at 13 mils. When dried, it is still 13 mils, giving your roof years of leak-free protection. It is a seam-delete system that uses Kevlar, a super-strength fabric that exceeds competitors' materials such as nylon and rayon.
In October of 2012 we had some roofing issues which eventually lead to a need for a complete residential roof replacement. Vohcarr Construction was recommended to me by a contractor in our neighborhood, The Ridges, a golf course development near Jonesborough. Victor and Dana Overcash are the owners.
