Fantastic experience from start to finish. Lucas gave us a competitive bid and then worked with us on the start date. Team did an amazing job to strip the old roof, install underlayment and then install 50 year Malarkey shingles. They protected my flower beds and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with this firm and highly recommend them. In fact we are having them replace our gutters too next week.

I live in Lake Oswego and I hired 2 States to do a skylight based on yelp reviews. It worked out well and the skylight looks great!
Lucas is both personable and professional. He did the estimate and explained how they would install the skylight into my roof and approximately when that would happen depending on weather. They gave me a date 3 weeks out and stuck to it in spite of unexpected circumstances. (The first company I called were so backed up they said it would be almost 3 months just to look at the job!)

Lucas at Two States Roofing delivered on everything promised. He was very open to good communication through the entire process. Even after his crew dropped the ball on a couple of small things when they were done, I gave Lucas a call and explained the situation. Two States Roofing did a fantastic job re-roofing the house. Lucas provided several options for the type of asphalt shingles and gutters.They also did a great job replacing and painting siding. They also suggested upgrades to the attic and garage ventilation which I went with. Their estimate was reasonable and detailed. Lucas was always early to our meetings. They completed the job in a couple of days tearing off the old shingles and re-roofing. The work site was left very clean upon completion. i would recommended them to other people needing new roofs and I plan to hire them for other jobs in

Lucas and his crew are experts! I bought a house that saw a lot of DIY projects that didn't quite make the cut. He and his crew tore down the old shingles, replaced the cheap R16 insulation that was blocking airflow, added adequate up-to-date ventilation and installed a skylight. I will definitely do business with him again when the siding gets some attention.

Please note that the roof and gutters were installed on time, and the cleanup was better than expected. Of course, a rainy season will be the test! Great communication by Lucas! Additional workers arrived to get the job done. Lucas provided us with the address of a neighbor who had a roof installed recently, so we could inspect the job. Also, the Malarkey product he installed has it's own warranty. Hard working crew!
