We just finished a remodel with Cross Construction and felt that we needed to share our experience with others. The entire process from start to finish was top notch! Our project manager was very personable and professional at the same time. She was always in communication with us about every detail that was going to happen. Every cross employee that worked on our project was nice, respectful and very professional. We always felt comfortable and safe with them in our home each day. So 5 days after submitting a online request I finally received a phone call from a rachelle at cross LLC. She stated she wanted to learn about my project ( started off great) then after a few minutes she says oh your in converse. Your outside our coverage area. Wait what. Did you seriously just say I’m outside your coverage area? Do you not serve San Antonio? I’m technically on the line of universal city and converse which is in bexar county and in San Antonio. Cross Construction was referred to me by one of my valued mentors. I initially interviewed Mr. Craig Cross, 10 years ago to remodel my master bedroom / bath and to construct an outdoor kitchen.
