After researching many local heating and cooling services, we chose SHANCO Heating and Air to replace a furnace in our home. From the first time we met SHANCO’s team, we found their employees to have a high level of service. Rob was wonderful to work with. They offered to wear masks… which was important to us. My old furnace did not fire up this year so I called Shanco and they fit me in their schedule the next day. The repair crew were considerate, professional and truly disappointed that they could not get the furnace up and running for me. They left and brought back space heaters to help me get through the days before the new furnace could be installed. The installation was not easy... the furnace in the crawlspace with only a 28x18 access but they did it! I'm grateful for the care and service.

A few months back, we had an entire new heat/air system installed by a different company. Over the course of two months and many calls/visits, we still didn't have all the issues resolved. Frustrated and exhausted by our experience, we decided not to work with that company anymore.

They coordinated with other trades under the bid they did for us. The other companies they brought into our home had professional team members as well. They gave us an estimate of 3 days for installation and it only took 2 days. They are helping us get the Idaho power discount. The crew was very focused on the task and were all well-mannered, polite, and service minded. They helped make my kids feel special and helpful in the process. Rob was very professional when he came out to give an estimate. He took the time to go into the attic to make sure that he got the right measurements and what wall was best for my ductless AC split. I like that he brought with him brochures of Mitsubishi with him to show options in which I didn't know I had. Great service from getting me financed to the service technician installation I highly recommend this product and shanco company for their great service and experience.

The Shanco crew did an amazing job. To installing a new efficient furnace and adding air conditioning to the home. Their work was amazing they took a day and a half to make sure everything was right, cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to make sure everything was great. The value for the money is terrific I would definitely recommend Shanco to anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner they are fantastic!
